Dit is een heel fatsoenlijk hotel en niet heel ver van de luchthaven ,waar je buiten de poort een rickshaw kunt nemen naar dit hotel . Het hotel ligt buiten het centrum aan een drukke straat maar in de kamers heb je er geen last van . Het is een zeer proper hotel aan een redelijke prijs.

Ac hotel tidak terasa dingin. Makan pagi tiap hari nasi goreng. Kamarnya terasa tua tidak nyaman, pelayanannya lumayan. Suasana kurang menyebangkan, bagusnya hotel ini letaknya strategis dekat de5 istana maimun dan sekitarnya banyak rumah makan. Jika berlibur dengan keluarga saya tidak merekomendir untuk menginap di hotel ini.

terletak di jalan utama kota Medan (Jl.Sisingamangaraja),termasuk hotel yang cukup lama nampaknya...kamar standart cukup kecil...suasana kamar agak temaram...tanpa ada jendela kearah luar...tidak istimewa..harga memang masih masuk akal..Rp.250.000/malam...tapi sebenernya kita bisa dapat yang lebih murah dengan kamar yang lebih besar/bagus di sekitar Jl.Sisingamangaraja ini...misal Hotel Grand Lubuk Raya (terletak persis di belakang hotel ini),hanya Rp.200.000/malam...tapi kamar lebih modernmeski sama-sama sempit,atau jika ingin lebih luas,bisa ke Hotel Melati,sekitar 100 meter dari hotel ini,harga Rp.200.000/malam...

We got the advice of staying this hotel by a taxi driver who likely receives tips from the hotel for bringing customers in. The driver was reluctant to bring us to other places and we're already tired. The front desk was good and quick. However, the room was dark and the odor was not fresh as if it was used regularly by smokers before we came. The bathroom was poor and unclean. The only good thing is this hotel is in walking distance to the city park (alun-alun kota) which held the Medan festival during the fasting month (Ramadhan). However, we stayed one night only and decided to move to another hotel.

I checked in to this hotel last minute due the next door Garuda Hotel was fully booked. I did not have the time to look elsewhere as the time was already 11 pm. I took the room (twin sharing) for 255,000 rp which is more than 100,000 rp cheaper than Garuda. The service was ok at the front desk, everything was quick and in an instance we were ready to proceed to our rooms. Well the positive things ends here. As soon as we entered the room, it looked like nobody had ever stayed there for months. The room had no windows, the bed was dusty and the toilet had a very bad stench all over it; not to mention there was no hot water available too. The TV had no remote and buttons were not working so we can only watch 1 channel. We did not ask for another room as were already too tired which proved to be futile on the next day as we walked by various rooms with their doors opened (Indonesians have a tendency of doing this) and their rooms were in the exact same condition as ours. The next thing in line was breakfast and that too disappointed us. There were only noodles and fried rice to choose from, the same food we will be eating during lunch and dinner as well. In conclusion this hotel is to be avoided at all costs as there are better choices located on the same road just a few hundred meters away. I highly recommend the Garuda Hotel which is exactly beside this rundown hotel as I have mentioned earlier.…
