I have stayed here a few times transiting through Medan. It is typical of an inexpensive Indonesian hotel/bed and breakfast. It was reasonably clean but not a destination or luxury facility. Breakfast is quite simple. The rooms and bathrooms are minimal. You get what you pay for. I am not sure if the restaurant serves anything but breakfast. There is a local open air restaurant a few blocks up the street. The location on trip advisor's map is close but not accurate.

Bad breakfast, cuma ada nasi putih dingin dan telor ceplok. Untungnya cuma nginep 1 malam aja. Tapi wifinya lumayan kenceng di dalam kamar. Sekedar buat melepas lelah 1-2 hari oke, but not for long time.. Lokasinya agak ribet karena masuk gang, tapi dekat tengah kota, jadi akses ke tempat makan lain pun gampang.

Hotel ini termasuk hotel budget, bahkan Anda bisa menawar tarip kamar permalam. Jalan kran air tidak lancar pada setiap kamar. Menu breakfast hanya satu jenis saja. Tidak ada kesan mewah dan istimewa hotel ini. Hotel ini sekarang bernana PIA Hotel walau dgn manajemen yg sama oleh bumi asih. Cari hotel murah meriah di Medan ya hotel inilah. Malam hari bisa jalan kaki ke Ucok Durian, sangat dekat.

My parents and I were booked here through my aunt since she held her son's wedding, so some family were placed here to stay. When we checked in, the receptionist was not sure about us but they showed our room in the second floor. The room was okay but bathroom smells. Shower was not appropriately placed cause there's no other way to shower without making toilet wet. No towels ready in our room, so we asked them to bring it. There was only one electricity plug which is used for the TV, So whenever we wanted to charge our hand phones or other electronic devices we must take turns. Very inefficient. Most of the time we didn't watch TV cause we preferred to charge our electronic devices. How boring was that! This hotel is small, not really bad if you're only looking for bed and breakfast. Location is surrounded by houses.…
