Cermin Beach is located in the Perbaungan, Serdang Bedagai Regency. Cermin Beach distance of Medan City only ranges 60.5 kilometres, or 1 hour 51 minutes away by car from the city of Medan.

Fasilities on offer at the Cemin Beach is a little, but the beauty of the sea provided by the Romantic Beach is very beautifull. In there We can see the expance of blue sea and feel the waves on the Cermin Beach.

Not in frequently too from the beach, we can see the boats of fisherman who are looking a fish from a distance. Many people from Medan came to the Cermin Beach for  a vacation and enjoy the beauty of the sea from the Cermin Beach. And if you go to the Cermin Beach with your  friend , You will be given a special place for being alone in a beautifull and romantic place.

To order a meal, on the Romantic Beach there are also restaurant providing a variety of food and drinks. And  If you are visiting with your friend to the Cermin Beach definitely will feel special and will give the beautifull moment.

Actually the hotel lies in the good location and the building is good. However this is an old hotel and very lack of maintenance. The restaurant is a night mare! So many, I meant thousands of flies! Breakfast and lunch in the restaurant with thousands flies and so many cats! While in the evening, the lobby area and the restaurant area are full with mosquitoes. Very scary!!
The resort is in renovation when we went there. So, unless the owner make a major restoration for this hotel, it will finish soon.

I pay for family room, capacity for 4 person, but facility just for 2 person 😡. Air condition off. Room is dirty. Bad service, i am very sorry to stay here. I won't think to visit this hotel anymore. This my last stay here, and i think this the most awful day in my life

If you are visiting Pantai Cermin for a tropical paradise then sorry to disappoint you but it is the worst beach that I have ever seen, and I have seen plenty of ugly beaches before. The entry price is expensive offering mediocre scenery and nothing else. Trashes are everywhere and no nooks and crannies are spared from being used as makeshift trash bins. Thanks to poorly planned reclamation, the seawater is stagnant and muddy. I would never touch the surrounding water with a ten foot pole. There is nothing much to aside from taking a boat trip (that tends to be overpriced) to sightsee muddy sea water. The food in the resort are overpriced. You can find better priced seafood outside the resorts but even those delightful delicacies won't be enough to recoup all the lost time spending at this place.

The beaches are kept clean but the water is very turbid from all the effluence deposited by the rivers and streams flowing into the ocean. There are tar balls in many places as well, Plus the water has oil in it from crude oil spills. We had to wash our swim clothes 5 times to get the oil residues out. This will be true for all the beaches along the northern Sumatra coast. I feel sorry for the people that eat the fish, crustacean and shrimp from those waters.

A very relaxing place with the opportunity to buy food and places to see. Just remember water or own food if you don't wanna buy any cheap and delicious food. Indonesian is really the deal it's fresh and just good. It's not allowed to swim with bathing suit as its a Muslim country otherwise enjoy the place with good memories

if we go in from the right side (via waterpark 'entrance', we need to pay entrance fee 5k idr per person and 5k idr for parking spot.
i dont visit the waterpark.
the sand is white, very white, if we look closer, its transparent, like made of tiny glasses.
the right side of the beach (facing the sea) is really crowded, and have larger sand area. more flat.
the left side is less crowded, a lot of black rock, and minimum sand are. more interesting for photographer enthus.
its very far from medan (2 hours), and kualanamu (1 hour). renting vehicle is recomended since no online taxi provider in this area to take you back to the city.
