Overnight nearby KNO Airport

I had a business trip on January 2020 and I stayed at this hotel because I need a place for transit or overnight. My flight delayed and landed at the midnight at that time. Finally, I choose this hotel also because of the following consideration. Good point: (1) This hotel has an affordable price and we can choose either economic room or business room. For overnight only, I would recommend to choose economic room (without window). (2) Even this is a budget hotel, but this room hotel has sufficient room space. (3) There are restaurants, cafes, and mini markets nearby when we need something to buy. (4) Room cleanest was good with minimalist concept. Point to improve: (1) There is no something special on its hotel restaurant for having Breakfast. The options is so limited with ordinary taste. But with this cheap rate, I think this is still worth but at least there must be something unique and tasty food, even its quite limited options. (2) the bathroom was too small without separator between the shower area and water closet area. So that the water from shower was spread on all bath room area, it cannot keep to dry in particular area. Overall, it was good experience to stay here. Thanks The Crew Hotel!…

So cheap yet so good

I stayed cos I was having morning flight. Was ready for a cheap kind of hotel, cos it was really cheap?! BUT I was surprised for the good stuffs o got there! it was awesome for that price. And the staff are so efficient! I love everything about this hotel, would love to stay there again.

Convienient to Medan Aiport

Very close to Medan airport in the case that you have an overnight stay. Other shops, restuarants and cafe starting to sprout up around it, including KFC and Indomart. The air con in my room leaked water but it worked. Good value for money

Near airport but far away from the city

A good place to have a night that near airport, the room is clean but not too cool air conditioner the front office staff not quite good at handling the customer, wifi really slow for bussines trip like me. hotel provide the airport shuttle

Great location hotel

the room is ok for a short time in bed prior leaving again through Kualanamu airport, however for those who seek pleasure in food, need to spare time again to go to the downtown, since for a peak period it may take an hour to down town, while above 20.00 PM it may take only 30-40 minutes.

I like the surroundings.... and the price 😁

I’ve been going to Medan for many times and actually got tired of the city... so I choose to stay away from the city and near the airport, after all it’s a short business stay... The surroundings is quite peaceful to me... open and not noisy, other than the sound of air craft landing or taking off at times... The coffee house serves ample reasonable dishes, breakfast is good, and if you can’t get enough, there is padang restaurant and KFC just in a walking distance Rooms are pretty basic but is sufficient, flat screen TV, aircond, hot water.... most importantly is clean. And all that is only for IDR300k per night... can you beat that? Hahaha

Not that bad

I was sceptic at first because many comment here said they had horrible experience. It was not that bad. Sure the room was basic but it was clean and the front desk deal with guest quickly. Bathroom was small but okay for one night stay. Didn't get the pick up since I cannot called them by phone and I gave up after several trying and ended up getting taxi. It cost 50.000 rupiah dincluding 10.000 rupiah airport surcharge) by taxi from airport. Near KFC, padang restaurant, and some local cuisine and cafe. Did not try the breakfast since I was so tired and prefer to get more sleep than eating. Do prepare deposit money in cash for this properties. Forgot to mention the difference between bussiness and economy room is with and without window only they said, beside the difference in room size of course.…

Really not that bad

Was a bit worried reading the previous reviews, turns out I shouldn’t have been. We did only use this place as a one night stop over. It’s super close to the airport and has free transfers. Our flight was delayed so we arrived late, I called the hotel and although there was some language difficulties the bus came 15 minutes later. Rooms were basic but clean. There was a bar/cafe downstairs and the Bintang went down nicely after 20hrs in transit. If you need this as only a stop over it’s perfect.

Worst ever .....

The place is horrible ...the toilets are congested and filthy... The bed Lenin I think don't wash for 1 year... If u take room on front side..the sun kill u with heat...so small the air con for room. The breakfast is so bad,,....he keep cornflakes for the child bit cannot take because the cornflakes container is broken...it's like that for last 1 year..the food always stinking with Strange smell...the old food recycle I think. The staff are friend if they want or act like they don't know u. It's behind a creepy empty mall...so has a very bad feeling about .

Convenient but basic

Great location but looking a bit tired since our last stay. Staff generally very friendly and helpful. But the free breakfast is possibly the worst I've ever encountered. There seems to be at lot more choice of hotels near airport now, so might be time to look at a different hotel next visit.
