Rooms are in terraces in very attractive gardens rising above reception and pool area. The higher you are the better the view but more climbing! A little old fashioned and dark but well maintained with good bathroom and attractive balcony. Ever willing staff to help with carrying luggage up the hill. Large pool, very deep for most of length, but...

The rooms are a hike way up, but you can get someone to carry your bag. Staff friendliness is mixed. Some are nice and some look miserable. The room is nothing special and is fairly clean. Wifi works in lobby only. Breakfast is lame.

There was 71 steps to our family room and it was hard work in the heat but the view was spectacular and more than worth the effort. In it's glory days this would have been the best hotel in Seggigi, with its huge pool, manicured ground and spa baths. It is ageing a little now and could do with a...

Very nice for what you pay for. The rooms are set amongst very lovely gardens. Most guest will need to be fit and able to climb up the stairs through the gardens, however, this land allows for all the rooms to have a great view. The stuff are all very friendly. The room are nothing special. Very simple interiors and...

I have an easy-going nature and can "roll with it" when needed, but Puri Bunga was downright depressing. Other TripAdvisor reviewers have ascribe "creepy" to this place and that's quite apt too! I swear, even the two threadbare towels provided looked creepy. You're off to a bad start when a mounted mirror that, for my 5'4 frame, cuts me off...

The cottages were very cute, on different levels with varying views of the water. This is not for the mobility impaired, as there are lots of stairs. But the rooms were clean and there was A/C and a very nice pool. It was not on the beach but not too far. It was right on a busy loud road which...

We stayed in the suite for two nights. I would highly recommend it. Private Jacuzzi. Awesome sunset view. They even prepared us a take away breakfast before we went to rinjani very early one morning. The pool was big and has a nice chill out area. There doesn't seem to be much going on in the hotel at night -...

For 2 nights, we stayed in a double double bed room that required a tiny amount of hiking up some steps. Not a problem for us but definitely not for the elderly or wheelchair-bound folks. Our room had a great view of the sea and an excellent viewpoint for witnessing beautiful sunsets. There's supposed to be WiFi too but our...

We stayed in a twin bed room for two nights and we found ridiculous that there was not hot water for a shower for the amount of money we paid - 1.2 mln rph! I mean who cares if you've got a big swimming pool when there's the beach just 5 mins walk from there and you can't provide something...

I read loads of reviews on this hotel before I stayed and despite some harsh ones, still decided to stay. We asked for a room at the top as everyone said it was quieter and boy, were we at the top!!! Room 230 so you couldn't go higher! 117 steps up and down a few times a day! I now...
