The hotel is divided in two areas by a main road to Senggigi center. We stayed in a standard room for two days which is located across the street, with AC, hot water and TV. It was simple but clean. Unfortunately, when we took a breakfast we have to cross the street because the restaurant situated on the other side...

The location is just a mile south of Senggigi so convenient for the bars and ATMs in town and easy to find on the main road. As everyone has already said, the road splits the two sides of the hotel. We stayed land side which is cheaper. I did peek into one of the beach side rooms and they are...

The hotel is divided in two areas and the mainroad in Senggigi are crossing the areas. The best area are located close to the beach. It's in that area that the pool are located. We stayed in the other area, OK, but a bit hard to cross the road due to the traffic. Our room was a standard room with...

We just stayed the night, checked in late but that wasn't a problem. Hotel is divided, the busy main road is in the middle. One sight is the beach site, same rooms only twice as expensive. With two rooms directly on the main road and restaurant, your not lucky if you are in one of those! Booked a twin with...

The room was clean and a decent size. I found it a little weird that there was no shower curtain, considering there was a bathtub. Water sprayed all over the bathroom. Other than that, the room was great. The staff were very friendly. They let us check in when arrived at 10 in the morning, which we weren't expecting. We...

Stayed in garden cottage with a/c, wich was descent, and much more quiet place to stay than ocean side cottages (noisy road between!). Clean bathroom, clean floors and sheets, but pretty damp smell in the room (somebody been smoking? Mold?). Nice pool area, but there could be more sunchairs. Hawkers are bit annoying, yelling and trying to sell stuff from...

We stayed at this hotel two nights at the standard deluxe A/C rooms in the nice, lush garden. Hotel seems to be dated but to my opinion it underwent a partial renovation. The bathrooms have got new baths and tiles but doors still require a change and the water pressure is not stabilized sometimes. The four-poster beds are equipped with...

I recently stayed at the Batu Bolong cottages in Senggigi and do not recommend staying there unless you like being woken up all night by mosquitos in the over priced bungalows. The beds have mozzie nets that that are basically useless and old with numerous cigarette burn holes. There is a bad damp smell in the bungalows. I assume this...

Batu balong cottages is a pretty dated and average resort stuck on a very busy main road. The rooms are ok but dated (we only stay 2 nights but had to change room because of some electricity problems that woke us up in the middle of the night). The resort is divided on each side of a very busy main...

“As far as possible from the road. The rooms on the "beach" site are twice the price for the same room. Check the mattresses.”

“1. Best rooms are located in the pool area at the first floor. They are more expensive but give most privacy. 2. At the garden part of the hotel, try to get rooms located farther from the road, otherwise, the screaming motorcycles might be disturbing at night. 3. Get in contact with the hotel directly, instead of making booking via internet booking agencies or travel agents. The real prices are much cheaper that the published ones.”

“The four units facing the pool are obviously the best. Similar would be the ones above those, but not if you don't like stairs. WIFI is only available in rooms close to the wireless modem in the restaurant.”
