Me and my friend stayed last night at ein geddi hotel. Very quiet, good food at breakfast, very pleasant stuff, an interesting botanic tour, the spa at the kibutz was so exclussive, clean ,special mineral swiming pool, and the view to the dead sea and jehuda mountains was tremendous.we enjoyed the stay at the hota very much !

This is the worst excuse for a hotel I have ever been to and I travel a great deal. We had made reservations in good faith and when we arrived wanted to cancel as it is not even close to what it appears to be. We were told they would not let us out of our reservations and to go...

Very pleasing though somewhat "spartan" room with a beautiful view from private deck out back of the massif that defines the rim of the Dead Sea depression, and down to a slice of the Dead Sea to the north. Lovely walking paths with beautiful plantings. Restaurant was buffet style (usually not our favorite), but with many choices and some wholesome...

Great location, an oasis nestled amidst spectacular mountains and the Dead Sea. However way overpriced for the run-down standard that you get and I've never ever seen such impolite and utterly uninterested reception staff. Back to Soviet days - avoid if you can.

In all honesty I do not believe the reviews of this hotel. It is a service horror. Rooms are highly overpriced the service is non existent from reception to spa. Pool area closed, and in the spa they just rude! Reception staff can barely get up from the seats they are in to help you. A horrible hotel in a...

This was one of the only places offering a one note stay on Shabbat. Setting is beautiful with lots of plantings and views across and up the wadi. Number of activities and poos/spas on site. Extensive breakfast included. Shabbat dinner is -140, any other note dinner is 110. I found a few things I liked at dinner. Lots of families...

Room is very comfortable in a natural beautiful setting between the mountains, beautiful view anywhere you look, the included breakfast is delicious, fresh ingredients and friendly staff. The food at the Bobba bar and wines are great also! Fairly priced. Included amenities are the beautiful spa with the Turkish baths, sauna and Dead Sea, sweet water pools with a snack...

What to say if there is no rivalry and you don't need to look after yourself. The variety of food is great, sometimes a bit to well done. Unfortunately the staff is very untrained and to often clean your table even you're still eating, especially when everybody just turned his back to get some more. It's heir favourite sport for...

I'm from NY so I remember the "Concord" & upstate NY bungalow colonies where families would go on mass for weekends in the country to escape the city. Ein Gedi hotel is that & more. There are the mountains behind & the sea below at every turn, so close you can touch them. The Dead Sea is below the "over...

The scenery is breathtaking and the botanical gardens are very nice. Food is more than ok with good service (half board option). The rooms (standard) are quite expensive and VERY shabby. Not clean enough and not well maintained. I expect much more for that price.
