The location is perfect close to the sea and not far from old Jaffa.The maintenance of the rooms is poor and must be improved.Food was reasonable in general.
On the sixth floor they have a beautiful terrace,but the maintenance is terrible.
The rooms are relatively spacious, compared to other hotels. Comfortable bed, good bath.

The staff was pleasant and efficient. The building was clean and well maintained. The food was average to middling. The major complaint was the cost. One paid first class prices for what was essentially a glorified youth hostel,
