We came here for my hasbent birthday for a chillout. It was a disaster. The breakfast was badly improvised and cheap, the Jacuzzi was broken and below normal temperature and the sauna was cold. Don't get near this hotel\nor spa.

We read the reviews of the hotel before staying there as part of an organized trip. We were a little concerned about the cleanliness, but were pleasantly surprised that the bed and the bathroom were quite acceptably clean. The hotel is old and the rugs were dingy and stained and the room is spartan in terms of furnishings (no chair)....

Room wasn't suited to family size. Took about hour and a half to find another room. The room we received was dirty from previous guests. Poor air conditioning in public areas (works fine inside the room). Very slow elevators, I used the stairs unless when I was with the stroller. Not enough parking. The parking was full when we arrived,...

The manager indicated that there were no suites available, he promised to have a suit for me the following day. The next day they moved me into a sub par suit, this room was over priced and inadequate. I do...
