Lovely appearance externally. Rooms (no lift at the 2-storey annexe) are quaint, but rather dirty and poorly maintained. TV extremely poor reception, hardly any English. Only sponge pillows. Air con works OK on remote controller, a little odd to learn. Food service not very good; poor selection at breakfast and dinner, but strangely offers free draught Carlsberg and bottles of...

We were in a conference in the hotel, the venue was great but the rooms had a lot of problems, the food was expensive and average, the rooms are VERY expensive, and the administration made so many mistakes and changes. Won't do it again.

This was a great hotel. The lobby was very nice and comfortable. Rwad at the coffee bar was friendly and helpful. The Wifi worked well so I spent quite a bit of time in the lobby catching up with friends. The girls at the reception could have been friendlier. They were not rude, just a bit indifferent. We had a...

Stayed 2 nights in early May. Beautifully groomed flower gradens on hill top overlooking Jezreel Valley - you can see for miles. Food was plentiful but only slightly better than average. Hotel staff were friendly and wanted to be helpful. However, we had a room with no view overlooking the back of the hotel, the clothes cupboard door wouldn't slide...

The Gardenia is located on an expansive plot in the southern end of Nazareth, overlooking the beautiful Jezre'el Valley. The rooms I saw all had one entire wall composed of all glass patio doors. Some of these had spectacular views of the valley; others had a pretty view of a big nicely cared-for tree-studded lawn; but others had the big...

We spent a Sabbath with our community in this hotel, and thought the rooms, service and grounds were excellent. We had a large, comfortable room with a door that opened on a large, grassy lawn. The (kosher) food wasn't fancy, but tasty and plentiful. The pool was refreshing. The staff was very pleasant. One of our party had a flat tire...

I stayed in this hotel during my 8th visit to Holyland in May 2011.This was the first time I stayed in this hotel in Nazareth. Before that I used to stay in Rimonim. It is a very new property. Clean rooms and excellent staff. One thing which I didn't like is the triple room they provide. The normal rooms are...

This is a review of Bassam Hakim, whom I raised the issues I had with the hotel. He was extremely professional and handled difficult situations as well as someone running a Marriott or Hyatt in a major city. His crew - from the dining staff, bartender etc all went out of thei way to make the stay extremely pleasant, with...
