This large house, a strange composition of poorly designed spaces, is poorly maintained. It is very unclean; beddings are old and don't match the sizes of the low-quality matraces; kitchen appliances are in poor condition, and their safety is questionable; TV's are old and most remote controls are not in working condition; the bedrooms smell from the dysfunctional sewage system....

We spent a very nice time in "Aspamia" as a big family of 15 people. The weather in the summer is amazing. The place decorated in a good taste and ecologic approach with heavy wood and stone and feels like a villa in Tuscany – very rusted and beautiful. There is a nice little pools, waterfalls and an open view....

Terrible place, don't spend your money there. The room is dirty and every thing is old, lights are broken. Surrounding is also awful. I left the place without sleeping, although we've paid for the night.

well, first the bad news: it's not inside the old city of safed but on a mountain just before entering the city. it takes about 15 minutes to walk (we found a shortcut) to the old city or a 2 minute drive. that said, i have nothing but good things to say about this place: it's a private house on...
