My wife and I and another couple spent the second week of March at the Mahler Guest House. Ruthi and Avi made our stay a 5+. Ruthi's delicious homemade breakfast items, which filled the eyes because they were works of art, also filled us so we seldom even needed lunch. Our stay was more like staying with good friends or...

Hosea, thank you for your kind words. We really enjoyed your company, similar to the one of old friends. So much to talk about. It is good to know that Israel has true friends around the world. May Israel remain your spiritual homeland. We wish you all - first of all a good health and many happy years ahead! Shalom...

Without a doubt, my favorite place to stay in Israel! Only stayed 1 night with my last group and as always, Avi and Ruthi provide such great service and a fantastic homemade breakfast! This is the 1st place I call when I set up a trip and this was my wife's 1st time to come and now knows why I...

This review is a little over due. I planned a 10 day family trip to Israel for my son's Bar Mitzah. We stayed in locations in the country. This was our second Bar Mitzah in Israel and we wanted a different experience. Our journey took us to hotels, private condos and this B&B. We arrived late and our group was...

My two friends and I stayed with Avi and Ruthi for several days and we were overwhelmed with their hospitality. The first night, they helped us plan out our self-guided tour of Galilee, giving great insights and some local advice. In the morning, we were treated with what became our favorite part of each day - BREAKFAST! Ruthi is an...

Our stay at this guesthouse was a highlight of our visit to Israel. We stayed in the very spacious apartment which had 3 en-suite air conditioned bedrooms, a dining area and lounge area. The view over Lake Kinneret is spectacular. What makes this place so special is the hospitality of the owners who are very welcoming yet discrete. We loved...

We had a great room upstairs with an en-suite bathroom. The Mahler's were extremely friendly and we felt like we were just part of the family. The breakfast they serve is fantastic. We would definitely stay again any time we are in this part of Israel.

Certainly the accommodations are excellent, but what makes our stay here special is the amazing hospitality that we receive every time we come. The groups that I have come here with always have nothing but praise for the stay here. We joked in our last visit that by staying here early on in the trip would set expectations unreasonably high...

My husband and I and our teen-aged daugher enjoyed two nights in this hospitable and immaculate guest house with a lush garden, views from the comfortable patio to the Kineret/Galilee, and some of the best breakfasts we've had anywhere, almost entirely home-cooked, -baked, -grown, -preserved, and so on. Ruti bakes her own breads and tea breads, makes her own cheese,...

Enjoying a French inspired breakfast overlooking the Golan and the Kineret. The view is nothing short of breathtaking. Ruthi and Avi are gracious hosts who greeted us by name when we arrived. If your travel plans include Tzfat, come by and enjoy Ruthi and Avi's home and their hospitality.
