Large room, good food. Excellent view. An amazing design and a very nice staff. However, no privacy since the room's door has no isolation so you can hear everything which is going on in the hotel. The dining room is too small so during breakfast there is not enough room to all guests. The SPA is excellent although it is...

We spent a relaxing couples' weekend in Villa Galilee and had a penthouse suite overlooking Mount Meron and part of the Kineret Lake. Due to the wintery weather we could not take advantage of the hot tub which was situated on the spacious terrace. The room was quite accommodating and comfortable, with a big bathroom. More detail and concern should...

Spent two nights with family in this wonderful hotel. The service was so polite, helpful and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was excellent too. I read some mixed reviews about this hotel and was worried when ordered the rooms. But the experience was great. Warmly recommended.

A charming boutique hotel that has improved over the years. Sitting on a hilltop in the city of Safed, with beautiful views of the Western Galilee, and close to many historical, Jewish, and nature sites. We went to the old city of Safed to the artist colony, visited two nature reserves with beautiful waterfalls, visited the Hula Valley reserve and...

We picked this hotel for its location and reviews. The room was awfully small! So small there was not even a chair in the room and the door opened to the bed! No privacy when opening the door. We were close to the lobby and the noise level on Friday night was very high. Bathrobes were too small for average...

What was great: The friendly staff, the French ambiance, the view, breakfast, the hotel grounds. The rooms were ok, bath/shower a bit small and in need of refurbishing. Overall, the experience was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay there. Recommended.

Expecting a boutique experience as advertised, I was disappointed. When entering - general ambience and decor are quite nice, but as time went by so did my appreciation. Restaurant very mediocre: we were a party of 8 and more than half of the meals at dinner were returned for different reasons; service very poor, staff not knowledgeable and apparently did...

This is NOT a fancy hotel. This is a charming magical place with amazing views of Tzfat. This is a small boutique hotel with large rooms outfitted with antique furniture, yet modern accommodations such as flat screen tv's, normal beds, and charming black and white tiled bathrooms. When they post King size beds, it really is a King sized bed....
