A good standard hotel, giving full value for the price paid. Very courteous staff at reception and dining room. We stayed there for the weekend. Adjacent summer pool to the hotel, clean clear water evidently well maintained, large clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Large clean shower. There is a Jacuzzi pool inside the hotel. The hotel's location on a mountain overlooking the Sea of Galilee. The area is quiet, free parking adjacent to the hotel, not large, and you can park on the adjacent street. Recommended place for a weekend rest. We will return to it again.
We stayed here for three nights on a coach tour of historical and holy sites around the sea of Galilee. The hotel itself was unexciting and if you had a front room ( which we did not) the view was good. The bedroom was OK as was the food. The quantity from the buffet was sufficient and the quality acceptable. The lounge was rather soulless and any serving staff there few and far between - in fact we preferred to sit outside although it could be rather cool at that time of year. It is situated at the top end of the town and rather a long way from the centre and waterfront.
I stayed here with a party pilgrims in March 2020. The one redeeming factor about my room was its very dusty, balcony that over looked the sea of Galliee , wonderful sunrises. The bathroom was dirty, I had to clean the shower hose before I could use and the rim of the basin had not been cleaned in ages. Facilites in room were basic but there. We had breakfast and dinner package, every day the same buffet style meals but not a piece of fresh fruit to be seen, typical of a hotel that catered for large coach parties. The hotel is quite a way from the main town if you like night life not for you. I wouldnt recommend this hotel or want to return to it. Yes it served as a base but the place needs refreshing and giving a good clean up.
Horrible. Dirty and smelly room. Don't choose it even if you don't have to pay for it. And, since is up on a hill with with nothing to do around, you have to stay inside and do nothing. The sheets are old and dirty also.
We had been to this Hotel from 1st Nov to 4th nov 2019 with a group of 55 people. The Rooms are good, the location is good, the view of the Sea of Galilee is also can be seen from your room. The service is slow in the room but The best thing I like of this hotel is the food Spread. Delicious food. Good place for Family and children.
Clean and well appointed rooms. Good food, pleasant staff, good service, clean and pleasant surroundings. One of the days we had a BBQ and freshly made Faitas and it was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
I had the pleasant surprise to find a nice hotel, with special accommodation conditions, with a very friendly staff and always at the disposal of the clients. That's because I had seen some pictures and remarks about this hotel before that I had another opinion. But things are different on the spot. The hotel looks very good and has very good services.
I stayed in this hotel for 1 night with my US group on 19 October 2019. Dinner and breakfast was very good. There was many choice and variety of food to choose. Front office is also good. Only the problem I faced during my stay with bell boys. No was there to assist us at our check in time and as well in check out time.
I couldn't wait to leave this hotel. The rooms smelled like mold, the bath tub drain was clogged so when you showered the tub filled with water, the only place you could get WiFi was in the main lobby, the doors either slammed shut on their own or you had to slam it shut yourself. The only redeeming aspect of this hotel was it's location as you could get amazing sunrise photos. And that's it.
The hotel is not that bad, maybe need some repaint. We've got the back room, so we had some nice grassy terrace. Also, the wifi was fine for use, since the room was close to the reception. However, some people, who got rooms farther, complained about the wifi not working at all. The views of the dining room were amazing. The dinner and breakfast were really satisfying. Rooms are clean and spacious. Also, they had a supermarket in walking distance. The only dissatisfying thing was that the swimming pool and sauna only were open from 10 am to 6 pm. We checked in quite late and left early, so couldn't use it.
