Poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness. . No fitness center. The pool is outdoors and is very small. Larger pool and spa are available free but they are across the road at another site. The food is plentiful but unappetizing. All of it is is oversalted and overcooked. The maintenance of the rooms and public areas is poor. Both our rooms had no drainage of the showers and the floor covered in water. The air conditioner is on a fixed temperature and you can't adjust it.

The hotel is kind of plain and simple and it's a good thing for a relaxed vection with little kids, it's clean and the food is great, the room was not too clean and we had mosquitos in the room as we just check in, it's really not comfortable to move around with a stroller because the elevators are too small and not designed for this purpose so you will be have to carry the stroller by hand for the dining room etc...

Very poor hotel. I'm pretty sure that they stole my shirt. I forgot it on my room, called a day later - nothing was found. The elevators, and the rest of the facilities give the feeling of a cheap guesthouse.

Pretty lackluster hotel from a lot of perspectives. While the pool is nice and you have access to the beach across the street, and a mineral pool facility there, there is a lot to be desired in the hotel itself. The rooms are falling apart a bit, the furniture, the fixtures, flickering lights, loud windows (was very windy at night). The service at breakfast is not great, but the food is mostly fine. Most of the machines serving coffee or drinks were not operational. It was an adequate stay but just not worth the money we spent on it, which was substantial. Also, we asked someone to come fix the bed and it took forever, then we cancelled it because the kids were going to sleep, and a bit later someone came and knocked anyway. Then they came again and even entered the room (it must have been >11pm at night). We had asked them to cancel but the message didn't get through.

Very surprising, it was excellent. The place is 10 minutes from Tiberias city center. near Hami Tiberias. The staff: extremely kind, did everything to make our stay pleasant. Food: abundant, very varied. The hotel surroundings and public areas: a little small pool, not clean, crowded with people especially. A little more attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the public areas. All in all it was a lot of fun, thanks to the hotel staff.

A very nice and clean hotel, just next to the shores of the sea of Galilee and guests of the hotel have free access to the thermal baths nearby .The food was really delicious, and the breakfast was superb, with a beautiful presentation. A bit noisy though,as the hotel was quite fully booked.

Very nice, hotel, beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, bathroom was beautiful, I stayed here for two nights only whilst on a tour, very close to Sea of Galilee. Food was amazing, such a variety of choice, couldn't believe the cakes, they were a work of art and so many different ones, very happy with this hotel and would definitely come back

The Hotel is very basic, from the rooms to everything else. It seems to be frequented by large groups, so not much attention to detail is given. Rooms could do with a good refurbishment. Also, very noisy at night, there seems to be a Disco downstairs or nearby blasting out loud music in the evenings. Not recommended!
