We stayed 2 nights. And didn’t bother having dinner on the second evening. Was a bit disappointed. The rooms are spacious but outdated. Carpets needed a good clean. The hotel had drinks on tap, but I would rather go without it. The breakfast was ok. Will be great experience for young families, after a soda fountain and sticky floors.

I don't want to say anything negative, but can't really think of anything positive - except it was accross the street from Lake Kinneret. Neighborhood around it very run down. It was an average hotel. I had to stay there because of the tour I was on.

It was a very expensive hotel the room was nothing major. and also they charged us extra tax because I forgot to bring my passport. it wasn't worth the price was extremely overpriced to begin with. and to top it off I was charged a tax because I forgot my passport in a different location. I would also like to suggest to the management that they display a certificate who's hechsher they are using me and my wife would've of appreciated if we knew who gives a hechsher in this hotel I understand that the food is kosher but I want to know wat kind of standards the hechsher is I was able to eat certain things that were under the bedatz but many things I had no idea who's hechsher it was

The hotel lobby and other community areas are clean and neat. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The Leonardo Tiberias is less expensive than the other hotels that overlook the Sea of Galilee. My hotel room was clean and nicely furnished. There are enough electric outlets for phone chargers and computer. It does not have as many rooms as many other hotels - which is nice - it is a quiet place to be. And the dining hall was appropriately smaller than many other hotels - but there are 3 different areas to eat - which is nice.

Very basic hotel. We stayed here as part of a tour group. Very crazy, disorganized arrival with no explanation of hotel facilities or elevator. You actually have to choose your floor before you enter the chosen elevator. The rooms are labeled 1300 or 1400 but that means floors 3 or 4? No explanation. The pool is open 10:00-5:00pm. Seems this is on purpose so touring groups cannot use it. The food was underwhelming and no service. No one smiles or opens a door for you. Overall very bad service. Unfortunately, seems to be the norm in Israel. Beds are very hard and my back is hurting today. Rooms are okay, large size. Shower curtains cling to you while showering which is so gross. I would never return. Area is not good either. Trash piles everywhere outside.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to Nati, one of the managers. He was so thoughtful and accommodating. He made us feel like part of the family right at check in and throughout our stay. The room was spacious with all the amenities plus wine, chocolates and lots of bottled water. Good location too.

Caters to large tour groups. Registration was hectic. Buffet breakfast lacked some basic food groups like fresh fruit. Elevators are dangerous and I have the bruises to verify that. The door close far too quickly. Bar staff was friendly. Not likely to return.

We chose this hotel based on its 4 star average reviews on TripAdvisor. It beats me how it went past a single star. Here's why: Location: while the location is decent, the hotel is flanked by dilapidated buildings, giving it a depressing vibe. The "parking lot" is a small dirt lot that can maybe fit 15 cars. Plan on parking on the street for 24 NIS per day, and be aggressive in looking for a spot. Lobby- small and always crowded. Not much to say here. Elevators: truly scary. There is a keypad for choosing the desired floor so supposedly you pick your foor in the lobby and the elevator takes you there. We experienced several ghost stops at various floors, with no rhyme or reason. The elevator cars were filthy with water puddles on the floor dripping off people returning from the pool without drying themselves with a towel. Room: was disgusting, and it had clearly not been cleaned properly before our arrival. It had a strong cigarette smoke smell (particularly the sheets- yuck) and we found someone else's hair follicles stuck in the shower. Double yuck. Overall the room looked dated and worn out. Service; this is the worst part. The staff were clearly overwhelmed and completely indifferent to meeting the customers' needs. Overall this is a supposedly mid tier hotel with some pretense of service. It is in fact a low end tenement that should be avoided at all cost.

Well-located in a quite neighborhood. Nice public areas that are a bit outdated. good sized guest room with a clean bathroom. Good shower and water pressure. Comfortable bed. The room had both a safe and refrigerator. We had nice views of the Sea of Galilee. Breakfast was extensive but the least interesting we had in Israel. No fresh egg station and staff ignored us even though there were very few people in the room.
