Good location, reasonably close to all the key sights we wanted to see in the Holy Land. Staff went out of their way to help us. We chose half board, meaning the rate included breakfast and dinner. So glad we chose this, as it was good to come "home" to a hot meal after a long day of sightseeing. Staff in the dining room were always super helpful and cheerful. Special mention to Paul and Khaled in the dining room as they were always warm and welcoming. One person who stood out for us was Nati. We forgot my wife's medication at our previous hotel in Nazareth. Nati made time to call & speak to them. I could not call from my mobile or speak the language. He made sure the other hotel called me back so we could figure out a way to get the medication. I would highly recommend this hotel because of the caring staff. Note there are other Leonardo hotels in the area. This is the one in Tiberias. Kudos to the staff here.…
Excellent hotel with great food, hospitality and cleaning. We visit this hotel for few years already, and service always on highest level. The team are friendly and apply every request. We highly recommend this hotel
We stayed here for two nights as part of a group tour. We didn't have a view of the water, but the room we stayed in was nice enough, with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. We had dinner and breakfast included with our stay, and thought the buffets there were okay, although not our favorite; it had fewer selections than some others. At breakfast especially we were disappointed to find no fruit available. We stayed in better hotels on our 8-day visit to Israel, but this one was acceptable.
Really enjoyed this hotel. Did not get a lake view but the city view was beautiful, especially after dark. Beds we're comfortable. Rooms were very nice and very clean. Dinner and breakfast was buffet style. Few more options than some places
Insight Vacations had us here for 2 nights and stated it had a 4.5 star rating. I would give it a minus 1. I was filthy dirty with old food on the food, the furniture was so beat up that Goodwill would not have excepted. The upholstery was so soiled it made one gag. The laminate floor was separating at joints and no thresholds were in place making sharp edges exposed. I immediately ask for another room as there was no lock to the adjoining room which left me completely vulnerable. Another of our guest opened her balcony door and the handle fell off in her hand. Originally in 1010 and moved to a lower floor which was equally bad and dirty. I was offered no help to move. I lived on power bars from home as the food was weird and in eatable. We all commented on how nasty the public areas / rooms and food was. During dinner the first night I was waiting for a lady to finishing get her dessert. She stepped to next place when several men stepped and pushed me back. They got nasty when I confronted them. The staff treats women in an uncivilized manner. Don’t even try to get a cocktail there. The bartender was sooo slow and couldn’t make a G & T. Never been so glad to leave. If I wasn’t part of a tour I would have left immediately for better accommodations. Implode!!!…… the only solution!…
2 star hotel pretending to be a 5 star and charging like a 5 star. Bad bed and shower quality, maintenance, cleanance, service. When you ask for assistance they dont great you well. Dont recommend this hotel at all.
The price is not fit what you get.. NO veg food at all there is no parking terable smell in the entrance to the hotel and in the lobby no bathrobe at the shower אין אוכל צמחוני/טבעוני אין חניה ריח נורא בכניסה למלון רמת נקיון ירודה בלובי המחיר יקר מידי בשלי התמורה
We were a large family group with five rooms. The rooms were lovely, the food was tasty and the pool was mainly covered. The pool was open till 7 pm which was great The checkin staff was smooth and there were refreshments in the lobby on arrival. Highly recommended
Its one of the worst hotels I’ve ever see in my life. Rooms outdated and dirty. They don’t care about anything! The curtains are dirty and dusty, hair in the bathroom and in the “clean” towels….. and the restaurante? Dirty as hell! They just take the dirty dishes away, but the don’t clean the tables when someone leaves!
We've been there with 4 kids. When arriving, we had to choose an hotel. As we stopped at the lobby restaurant, we have waited for 85min to receive 3 omelets and a pizza. There is almost no service, staff has no consideration for customers, and manager don't manage their team. Never think about coming here if you're looking for resting holidays.
