Beautiful kibbutz experience, excellent rooms clean & large. Good meeting rooms for groups. Great Israeli breakfast spread, everything you expect & more. Landscaping & grounds are beautiful very pleasurable to walk around & just enjoy the serenity. Actually about 15 minute drive to main city area of Tiberias. Would stay again.

The staff is friendly and well versed in English. The food (we had several dinners and breakfasts) was generous and very good. The room are very large and the grounds are very pleasant o walk around. I recommend it highly.

Such a beautiful experience staying at this modern and very clean hotel. It's a unique experience to stay in a Kibbutz where one can witness how a community functions. Families with children abound and it is a beautiful sight to see. The food was homey and the best I had in All Israel, as if all your Israeli aunties were...

Hotel Lavi is a fascinating place to stay. The hotel caters to a mostly observant religious clientele. We came up for Shabbat with friends and family. This is a very kid friendly place with lots of young children running everywhere. So don't come if you are looking for a quiet couples weekend, for example. The rooms are bare bones minimum...

1. I have booked a room at one of major web booking sites at the price of 100 $, hotel has charged my card 200$. I have immediately lodged a complaint but with reaction whatsoever until now. 2. The hotel was under maintenance, there was a lot of "balagan" - mess everywhere. 3. I got the room with the "beautiful"...

Sorry you did not like our hotel. Obviously one cannot please everybody, but your report include a couple of points which mildly speaking seem very strange: Our restaurant is used only by the guests of the hotel; for kibbutz members there is a separate dining hall in a building which lies 250 meters from the hotel. The "balagan" you refer...

This is a popular and classic Orthodox hotel- best to read all the recent previous positive reviews here. My family gives it an average rating on all accounts- room, lodging, the pool and the food was OK. I'm not in a hurry to return. It's ideal and best designed for those interested in the religious atmosphere and enhanced kosher supervision.

In my experience, the more religious a hotel the less they care about creature comforts. But in the Kibbutz Lavi hotel, they have gone all out to make their hotel as comfortable as possible, and they are constantly renovating. We learned there are 3 standards of rooms: Lev is the lowest, Hadar the highest, and Eden is the middle. We...

Intro: we planned an overnight stay at the hotel, thought it would be nice for my teenage kids to see and experience a little of a kibbutz. Had we known how nice it would be, we would surely have stayed longer! When: Dec2016 Who: Family of 4, w/ 2 teenage kids Pros: conveniently located, no more than 10/15 min from...

Went here with the whole family. Very child friendly. They had lots of cots, high chairs etc. The tour of kibbutz was not very good, but it was very cold. We did our own walk and that was nice. Only criticism would be that a children's play area (with soft play area like ball pond) would be really good. It...

Service The service was really good, staff was out to help. Accommodation We stayed in one of the newer rooms, it's an ok standard, I would've expected it to be a bit more modernized and is due for an upgrade, bathroom way too basic. There was a lovely garden off our room which was a big plus. Food It was...
