Bathroom too small, bad maintained.
The shower is broken and not kept in place, therefore, have to take a shower holding the shower.
There is no shampoo, conditioner, etc ...
In the bathroom has support for liquid soap, however, was not.
The fourth and a good size, but when you put the extra bed, it becomes very tight.
Linen at odds with the size of the bed, for example, the water gets loose in the bed, so if you move, will wake up sleeping directly on the mattress.
Food simple and good, however, time for dinner very restricted: 19:00 to 20:30.
Care and hygiene OK.
The hotel`s restaurant is kosher, ie, following the Jewish rules of feeding.
So, for example, on Friday night, if you have a child or just want to drink a glass of warm milk, forget.
It has a nice view of the Sea of Galilee.
Parking: OK
Location: OK
Swimming: There have been it, but it seems nice.

When reviewing a Hotel, I use common sense. I cannot expect from hotel what they are not meant to deliver.
This hotel is I think two stars. But for the purpose I needed it to, it worked quite good for me. The hotel is clean, yet you will notice the past of time, but it does not make it dirty at all. It is a small hotel with limited parking place.
Breakfast was plenty and I always filled my stomach enough for the long day.
I have to mention Noam, at the reception, which because of problems with had with one of the cars we rented, was most helpful and kind. The rental car was not really fluent in English, so Noam did the work for us. You might not have a 5 stars on this hotel, but if the people working there is this helpful, then, I’d rather stay here again, than in a place where the staff hardly will have the time to be there for you.
So do I recommend it. YES.

We were in this hotel for 2 nights with our 3 kids (2, 4 ,7 years). The service was great, very tasty breakfast, nice and clean pool.
Room cleanness was excellent and the accommodation as well.
The location of the hotel is not the best, but into a few minutes by car you are in the center.
Loved the hotel and the staff that was very friendly.

I would recommend a sea view room on the third floor.Less noise and a great view from the window.
The pool is open only if the lifeguard is there. We tried to swim today for the first time.I wish the weather outside would be warmer.
The food is quite OK.We took breakfast and dinners.
I really appreciate the help of a young guy at the reception (and Raffi) who always asked if everything is ok and helped a lot with finding the right bus and how to go sightseeing for a reasonable price. We came earlier to the hotel and were offered a drink, the luggage was taken to the room. Quite far away from the beach. But price and clean rooms and service is ok.

Arcadia Hotel in Tiberias is nice hotel. I spent 2 nights in there. I got Naftali wings and it was so nice because I know that Naftali Wings is new building. The receptionist is helpful also the people in the restaurant very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. There are any porter who help us to bring our lugage. But don't forget to choose naftali wings :)

I spent a night and it was enough. The receptionists are unrespectful. There were works on road just in front of the room starting at 7.30 am. The hotel is far from the city center, no reason to go there at all.

The new rooms (we had a whole bunch of them, including the jacuzzi room), very stylish.
However I think they were not built with much thought in them.
There are no curtains over the windows leaving the light in a daybreak. A glass toilet door that leaves little to the imagination.... a little below the belt (excuse the pun).

No small light that won't make the bedroom to bright, and over sabbath this means either pitch black or totally bright.

It was eye clean, but don't walk on that floor barefoot!

Food was great and service not to bad.

Took a trip with a group from our church and one of our stops was in Tiberias. Hotel was pretty good, had a great breakfast buffet and located within walking distance of The Sea of Galilee. Room was clean and beds were okay.

This is a great three star hotel in Tiberias. It is located in a residential neighborhood, but walkable to the city center and the promenade on the Sea of Galilee. The rooms are nice. I stayed in a remodeled room that was all new and had all the features of a modern hotel, including nice and clean design and flat screen TV. Breakfast is buffet style and is rich and served in the very nice dining room. All in all the hotel is clean, well designed and well taken care of. Recommended.
