We came here for my birthday, but got really disappointed. - we arrived at 16:00, took over an hour with a legion of screaming costumers to get the room. -the room was not tidy(hair in the bathroom, flying bugs), the hotel and room were old, our lock was broken, no basic things like tea or information about the phones. -we...

Excellent location.. Awesome views from the rooms n dinning areas. Two nights stay were short of expectation. This may have been a great place sometime past, its just not worth it during peak season. The lobby looked like the recreation centre of a high school, the restaurant was a notch higher than that of a school canteen, very unfriendly staff, too many guests eating in a disorganised manner (no table reserved...

Built into the side of a mountain overlooking the Sea of Galilee, the location and design are spectacular. Rooms are really suites, very spacious. Buffet breakfast and dinner are great, lots of variety and good quality fish, homemade yoghurt, local olives, pickled vegetables, fresh fruit, cheese, lots more. However, furniture dates from 1960s, and it's kinda shabby. No wifi in...

The club hotel seems like a hotel that was the "in-thing" when it was established. However it is outdated. The beds were shockingly small. We went as a group and were paired. The bed is the smallest size that a bed can be. There is no wifi in the room but you can get wifi around the lobby. There was...

Hotel was very basic. Facilities were poor. There was a lot of noise even at night. Food (breakfast buffet) also didn't offer a lot of choices. Wi-fi was not working inside the rooms--People had to stay at the lobby to be able to access the Wi-fi. Hotel needs to have an overall and thorough renovation, considering the amount of tourists...

the hotel old and the rooms are very basic. if you are looking for a simple place with low budget it could be ok. it pays only if the price is very low. we did not use any of the hotel facilities or food. also ask for a renovated room with ocean view.

I stayed with my family. The wifi was not working. The staff was friendly. Rooms were small. No coffee or tea bags in the room. No soap either. The location is very far from the city center. I was afraid to go out after 6 pm so as not to lose my parking spot.

The hotel is overall old, with an effort to start an overall renovation. The lobby has been renovated, but not the restaurant. Sadly, the wifi is only available at the lobby area. As this hotel is by the Sea of Galilee/Tiberias, the view from the restaurant is undeniably spectacular, esp. during sunrise and sunset. Most of the rooms haven't been...
