Rooms were large and very well maintained. Food service was excellent both in quality and variety. WiFi coverage was Outstanding from the minute we arrived until we left, There is a local market with great souvenirs within five minutes by foot and two by cab. Hotel had transferred our bags to our room before we arrived.

Waking up to the sun rising over the Golan and out on the Sea of Galilee is what we came for and we weren't disappointed. The hotel's pool area is wonderful and the views outstanding. We came with a tour group from the USA. The buffet meals in the dining room were fine with a excellent range of salads and...

This hotel is located on a beautiful location but it appears to me updates were done throughout the hotel except for the rooms. The paint was peeling in out bathroom and the tile needed to be redone. But the outside area around the pool and on the Sea of Galilee made up for what the rooms lacked. The dining room...

We checked in at the start of Shabbat. Not that it makes it a problem, just remember that laundry is not available and to avoid the Shabbat elevator that is programmed to stop on every floor. The gift store has the best prices on Israeli designed jewelry. I saw the same atrists' work in different cities as substantially higher prices.The...

The location is decent, maybe a ten minute walk from the downtown area, and the view of the Sea is incredible, but the service is terrible. Most of the staff doesn't seem to speak much English and really doesn't seem to know what customer service is. I had to get up and ask 4 people my first night at dinner...

Our room was small and nothing fancy but the facilities were great. The pools and view of the Sea of Galilee were fabulous. The food was very good, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, good wine available, great desserts. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The rooms are OK, the food is fine and the water park is really nice. The maintenance may improved, mainly in the small things in the room. The location is great, on the beach, walking distance from the city but not inside the city. We had great time there.

This was the second and best time we spent a fun and activity-filled long weekend with the family and all my friends from work. Although the hotel itself isn’t modern or luxurious, the ample grounds are meticulously kept- not a simple feat in the country’s dry climate. The water park is probably one of the best in Israel (although I’m...
