This was the second and best time we spent a fun and activity-filled long weekend with the family and all my friends from work. Although the hotel itself isn’t modern or luxurious, the ample grounds are meticulously kept- not a simple feat in the country’s dry climate. The water park is probably one of the best in Israel (although I’m...

The first night we stayed in this hotel they were having a Beach Side Buffet for dinner. It was delicious. Our room was a little hot both nights because the air conditioning didn't work properly. The sleeper sofa bed was not very comfortable for my 88 year old mother. My husband ended up sleeping on it the second night we...

This is, by far, my favorite Galilee hotel. Set apart from the town to the south a bit you can still easily walk into the town of Tiberius in the evening for ice cream, etc. Sunrise over the Galilee is worth it all.

The hotel was in the process of being updated, but my experience was aweful. The mold was unbearable. I had to sleep with the sliding door open (to the added lovely smells of sewer stink) in 50 degree weather just to keep from literally dying from asthma attacks. The furishings were probably nice once upon a time, but now are...

This is an average hotel, old and a bit shabby. The food is routine, folk, but still fresh and served generously. Service is bad and not friendly and non effective. The doors to the balcony can't be close and lock, and during the two nights we have been there, there was a terrible and loud music from the next beach,...

We spent 3 nights in the Gai Beach Hotel on a trip to Israel. It actually is in Tiberias on the Sea of Galilee, and has been a site of hot springs since ancient times (spas are available). The hotel is totally modern and beautiful with excellent service. We enjoyed the enormous breakfast and dinner buffets daily. One night dinner...

Room was excellent, pool closes at 5pm which makes it difficult to enjoy your trip, however the indoor spa/pool was the best of my trip. The waterfall in the cool water jacquzzi took all the tension from your day! The food was well served and plentiful and we ate with a view of the Sea of Galilee. Quite amazing! The...

We came to visit Israel and our tour put us up in this hotel. Never being in Israel before, we did not know what to expect. The lobby was inviting, clean, and almost a time capsule back to the 1950's decor. They probably weren't shooting for that look, but it reminded me of that. The front desk personnel spoke English...

The views from this hotel are spectacular. Hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. The dining areas (one inside and one sea side) are spacious and clean. The food was varied and plentiful and delicious. The room we were in was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

We had a great view of the Sea of Galilee and the boat even came to the hotel to get us. The grounds of the hotel were lovely, right there on the Sea of Galilee and the pool BUT the rooms! Some of the outside sliding doors did not shut, there were little bugs in the room, it was slightly...
