This hotel is excellent. I would recommend this hotel as an inexpensive but good place to stay in central Busan. The receptionist spoke enough English for me to have no problems checking in. The room itself was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. It was also very quiet which is exactly what I wanted. It was great value for money. They have free wifi, and a simple breakfast.

Great location, friendly staff, well-english speaking. Owner helped me to find some stuff in town and the rooms are simply twice the quality as more expensive hotels in the neighbourhood. The rooms have just a pleasant warm warm atmosphere. Also upstairs one can make a great breakfast and a real good espresso for free!! I was amazed, my best value for money in Korea during my motorbike trip.

The hotel manager, Mr Son, was from another hotel which we stayed before when in Busan. He brought his warmth and passion when he moved to Plus Motel.
He ensured that we can find our way easily, accompanying direction to the motel in his email. He had even provided places to consider visiting when in Busan.
The motel is closely located near Busan KTX/Subway station. It took us 8mins to reach the motel dragging along 2 luggage bags with problem wheels. Even the Choryang Subway Station is within 3mins from the motel.
There is a nearby local market with plenty of local delights and souvenirs. A street in the market converts into a night market with more affordable local delights.
The motel is clean and very conducive for families - from the carpark all the way to the motel's common area.
We had the ondol bedroom for a family of 4 which is big enough to fit 2 king-sized beds. It comes with a normal Korean style bathroom with shower cream and shampoo provided.
We went up to the 10th-floor cafe to enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee every morning to go with a simple breakfast provided by the motel - bread, butter, jam, juices which are enough to provide us the energy to head out to be the tourist that we are.
As you head out to your destination for the day, drop by the front desk and ask for directions. Mr Son and his staff are more than willing to share the best route and also other attractions along your way. If you have the time, have a chat with him and ask for proposals for places to visit, especially where locals enjoy, if you want to skip touristy areas for a change.
This is our 3rd visit to Busan over the last 4 years and we find that there are still places where we have not visited. We plan to come back and Plus Motel is surely our "home" in Busan, and with Mr Son, it is like visiting a family for "homecoming".

Very good value for the location near Busan station. Room had everything: fridge with two bottles of water and basic amenities were given. TV had many channels. Bathroom was large.
On the other hand, things were dusty and needed cleaning. The red lighting in the hallway was very startling. I was somewhat scared of going out of the room as if I was in a horror movie. Perhaps good for one night. I'd rather not return.

Plus Motel can be reached via Busan subway station exit 7. You will pass by many eateries and shops on your left, keep on walking for 5 to 8 minutes until you see the Plus Motel. Along the way, you will see other exits connecting to the Busan subway station, those are the exits for the Busan Station underground shopping centre. The nearest exit for the underground shopping is also No.7. Once you get out from this underground shopping exit 7, you can see Plus Motel instantly. Before reaching the Plus Motel, there is a road to cross over. Before you cross the road, there is this tall building housing several offices such as Hana Bank and Mitsubishi Electric. Those are the landmarks nearby.
My mother and I stayed in a standard double room (705), situated on the 7th floor of the 9-storey building. We were provided with sleeping pillows. The bed was fine to sleep on. Room amenities included two complimentary bottled water, TV, writing desk and chair, coffee/tea making facilities, minibar, hangers, telephone, sofa with coffee table. The view from the room is facing to the tall building that I have mentioned earlier. It was lovely to enjoy the cool breeze through the netted big window from our room. The free wifi service had a smooth and fast connection. The air-conditioned room is spacious for two adults. There are few coloured lights in the room, namely green, blue and red besides the normal lighting. From the room door, there is a space for your shoes, which is also entrance to the toilet/bathroom. There is another door leading to the bed and living space. Although there is no carpet in the room, we found that the floor was clean and we had no problem to walk with bare feet.
There is a big mirror in the room which is convenient for the guests in addition to the big mirror in the bathroom. There are several power outlets in the room for charging electrical gadgets. The en-suite bathroom is furnished with washing basin, toilet, bathtub, hot/cold shower, hair dryer, bath robes, body towel and floor mat. Toiletries such as body soap, hair shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrushes, tissue paper, foam cleanser, feminine cleanser and razor are provided. Furthermore, there are combs and hair styling gel/spray for the guests too. If you feel bored in the room, there is this DVD/VCD/CD/CD-R/MP3/VHS player to entertain yourself.
The staffs were helpful during our stay. The owner greeted us whenever he saw us. Lift is available in the motel to enable guests with luggage to go up to higher floors. The lobby/registration counter is simple. The complimentary DIY breakfast is to be prepared on the 10th floor of the building, (yes I did not see 4th floor). The guests can freely enjoy the bread, jam and butter, eggs, milk and juice. The cooking facilities are provided here. Oven, microwave, hot plates, refrigerator, water-drinking machine, toaster, and coffee machine are available as shown in my pictures. It is the responsibilities of guests to clean up after using the kitchen. This dining area is also provided with television, computer with printer facilities. There are store room and rooms only for staffs in this spacious dining area.
Overall, we enjoyed our two nights stay at Plus Motel. With the good price and strategic location, this is a real deal.

I booked this hotel after reading all the excellent reviews on TripAdvisor, but I have never been so appalled by the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of a hotel/motel/bnb. I have actually never left a negative review of accomodation before, but this stay warrants it. Also it’s worth noting that I am a seasoned backpacker used to hostels and very low priced hotels - so low standard accomodation doesn’t phase me.
The room was spacious, but very dirty and smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. There was an old toothbrush left on a shelf. Bathroom was mouldy. Floor of the hallway looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. Hallway lighting was red and green which highlighted the dirt in the carpet. The lighting made us feel like we were staying in the red light district, it was creepy.
Self-prepared breakfast of toast, eggs, coffee and juice was included, which was great, but the kitchen in which we prepared it was sticky, oily and visibly unclean on almost surfaces. Cups were stuck to the grimy shelves and the drawer handles made our hands sticky.
I tried to use the provided printer but it didn’t work. The paper in it was dusty.
Our room was hot and we didn’t have access to the thermostat, so slept with the windows open (in winter). There was dust in the corners, and marks on many walls. We couldn’t get the TV to work.
On another note, the manager who checked us is was lovely. He provided maps and let us check in early (1pm). Very good service at check-in.

The motel is within walking to Busan Station and 2 subway stations. Plenty of economical eateries nearby and next to a local wet market. We appreciated the printouts of directions to nearby restaurants. The owner was very friendly, cordial and very helpful. The laundry machine on 6th floor was free to use. The bedroom itself was large and clean. The bathroom was a little old, but served its purpose. I would give the motel 5 stars if it weren't for the bathroom. The breakfast consisted of cook-your-own eggs, bread, butter, jam, milk, orange juice, and coffee beverages from a machine.
Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend it.

Location is good as it is nearby to the underground and the Busan Station. Mr Son, the Owner is so helpful. He even printed out a list of where to find good Korean food. He personally brought us to the restaurant and helped us to order the food. The Hotel provides simple breakfast and nice coffee from Americano to Machiato (from a machine) all day long! There were also coffee and tea provided in the room. Body and hair shampoo/ conditioner are provided. Washing machine at 6th floor. The Hotel is situated near a local market where you can find everything from socks to food!! Chinatown is not far from the Hotel. Thank you Mr Son!

My nephew and me stayed there on 29Jun for 3 nights. We always say you pay for what you get. But i think this time is we got more than we paid. Motel is not very new but room is quite big, clean and very close to subway. The owner is awsome. He provided a lot of tourist information. Prepare best resyaurants new motel information. He took us to restaurant and show us how to eat korean traditional food. He also reply whats app immediately when i have question even not related to his motel. Highly recommended this valueable motel to all my friends.
