Having a night stay at this hotel in between Busan and Seoul. The bed is not bad to sleep. In term of hotel room facilities, the requirements are all there. The breakfast is average. The lobby decoration is bad as it is simple and attracts people.

The Grand is not really so grant. Rooms are ok, interiors could be improved. If you have a room close to the lift you won't sleep too much at night, also the doors could use some sound proofing. Bathrooms are ok but it's difficult to store your toilletries, especially if you are travelling as a couple. The breakfast is ok...

Hotel is well located with many cafes and restaurants nearby. Rooms have basic necessities but can be rather dark. Walls can be quite thin and we can hear baby cries from the room next to ours at night. Morning breakfast is quite limited but overall experience is ok.

Stayed a night. The rooms are small but comfortable. The break fast buffet is quite medicore. Coffee served was cold. No eggs to order facility. The air conditioning was also not working because according to the Hotel the outside weather is cold. But the room was hot inside. If we opened the windows then you hear the traffic below.

We had to check out of a terrible hotel that we found on the internet and found this hotel, which is a wonderful property. The staff was helpful and friendly right from the moment we arrived. The room is big and very comfortable. There are many unique restaurants all around this hotel and the subway is only 2 minutes away....

Great hotel good size rooms good location did allow for a suit case (stand) would be better if allowed for 2 suit cases. Shower in bath tub very difficult to get in and out off as Bath tub was very deep. Close to restaurants. Close to public transport.

I stayed here last year and am not quite sure how I ended up here again. Check-in was complicated because my reservation couldn't immediately be found. The lobby was freezing! My room was good-sized but the furniture was old. The carpet was dirty and the desk chair was rickety. I thought it would collapse, and it was uncomfortable. The bathroom...

Thaere no real 4 star hotel, eventhought it say 4 stars, in Andong or Hapcheon. So this is excellent Plan B. There are real Korean restaurant right behind this hotel. I attached some pics of...

I joined a tour to South Korea in late October to early November 2016. This is the first hotel. The room is spacious and facilities are well located. The breakfast provided was acceptable with sufficient variety.

This hotel doesn't quite live up to it's name, everything is ok but not more than that; shower head is old and should be changed, the carpet needs to be changed and my doorhandle fell off... In the fitness a large part of the equipment is broken. And the last days internet didn't work anymore... But the bed is good...
