My room was very large and had quaint wooden shutters on the windows and fantastic views from my room. The décor was dated and everything was pretty worn & tired looking. I had a king size bed which was too hard for me and the aircon only had heat mode so it got a bit too hot at certain points....

Ordered a single room, they gave me 3 twin beds in a room not very clean. There was also a step when you entered the room with no warning. One of my friends fell and hurt her ankle. The breakfast selections were cold and limited. Overall, this hotel is 3 star at best.

Our room was comfortable. There were lots of outlets for electrical devices. There were no coffee/tea cups provided, just two water glasses. We found that the air conditioning did not cool the room down at all. The thermostat read 24.5 degrees Celcius no matter how long the A/C ran. We called the front desk and the tech's solution was to...

Commodore Hotel is one of the biggest hotel in Gyeongju. The decoration and furniture are made of wood making the hotel look old fashion. Size of room is a little small. It is hard or pack two huge luggage without moving the furniture. Breakfast is nice. Beds are comfortable enough.

I noticed there were not many English reviews here so this is me leaving one. We visited during November 2016. I stayed in this hotel for two nights, One thing to note is that Gyeongju's peak season is during the warmer months, and for good reason. Although there are many places to sight-see, a good deal of them require walking...

Gyeongju was the capital of the ancient Sila Kingdom (57BC-935AD). There are 3 UNESCO World Heritage attractions: Bulguksa Temple, Seokguram Grotto & Gyeongju Historic Areas. We visited as tourists and stayed in Commodore Hotel. It is old but reasonably comfortable. The strangest experience relates to mini-towels in the bathroom for shower that are the same size as the hand towels....

Stayed there for 7 nights for an event. I will definitely not going back again. I didn't hear or see they vacuum the carpet. At least 3 people of us got itchy hands and feet since the third night there. All things inside the room is dusty. The bottom of the bathroom door is expanded like a sponge. Only 1...

The hotel is a little old but the rooms are clean and well kept with amenities / toiletries. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is located adjacent to a beautiful peaceful lake (Bomun Lake), around which you can walk. Classical music was playing in the background. They have mini peddle boats (shape like a swam that you can take...
