The hotel is able to offer a very quiet place because of its shuttered windows and width of walls. Probably that is why the staff of an airline company use it. We found the place was ideal for an overnight stay ready for a flight the next or arriving on a flight to Incheon Airport. A reliable shuttle bus is...

Booked a Standard room for 1 night, excl breakfast, using the hotel website. The shuttle is very good and took about 15 minutes. You need to ring first and pick up is at 3rd floor gate 7. Cross 1 road and stay in the middle bay. This time, we were upgraded into a Family Suite, Room 307 and it is...

We stayed here on our last night in South Korea, so we would be close to the airport and avoid the stress of traffic or the hassle of public transport. It's old-fashioned, very old furnishings, etc., but who really cares for an overnight stay. The beds aren't very comfortable but it's clean and tidy. They offer a free airport transport...

Stayed for layover. Breakfast (which I did not have) was packed with airline employees, which is usually a good sign for this type of hotel. Pretty reasonable, easy to get the hotel shuttle after 9 at night, and returned promptly to the airport by the shuttle the next morning (about 15 minutes each way, but nothing much closer I think...

Very convenient for layovers. Near the airport. Friendly staff. Very efficient. Wifi is awesome. Should be 5 stars but amenities are not that nice, but the staff makes up for it with efficiency. Breakfast is ok. Overall good hotel.

Very convenient for a layover, punctual pick up from the airport. Room was huge, with 2 large beds, with all mod cons, and it gave us the experience of a Korean living room with slippers and hard wood floors.Walking distance from train stop to take you into the city. Will book it again

We stayed here again...this is the 3rd time. James at the front desk is always so helpful! Clean, simple and the airport shuttle is super convenient! Definitely would stay here again. Close to places to eat and Lotte Mart is close by about 5 min walking. Also Uneso station is just as close.

We stayed at the Incheon Queen hotel on both ends of our trip so that we would be close to the airport. It turned out to be a fabulous idea! The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and fluent in English. There is a free shuttle to the airport and the drive isn't very long....

We had a 19-hour layover, so we decided to get a hotel. The Hotel Queen Incheon Airport was excellent. Prior to my arrival the hotel emailed me with instructions for calling the airport shuttle, which was fast and efficient. Our family room was huge, with one and a half baths, a nice large sitting area, and comfortable beds. There are...

This hotel offers clean and convenient accommodations near Incheon International Airport. After flying 30+ hours from London, UK we landed in Korea and were very tired and confused. When we called the hotel we asked where to meet the airport shuttle and the front-desk employee was very polite and professional. The employee gave crystal-clear directions about exiting the airport and...
