First of all, the name is deceiving and you can't trust Booking or Agoda when it produces this hotel as an ICN airport hotel result. The hotel is located near Gimpo airport but is quite far from Incheon International - it's about 40 minutes by taxi early in the morning, costing about 37 000 won. The hotel only offers a free shuttle on weekdays and even then, just three times a day. This also wasn't mentioned on Booking, it was just advertised as having a free shuttle. Other the surprise of the distance and the taxi, everything was fine.

The room is pretty standard but nice, clean, and comfortable. Heated toilet seats for the win! Room service is also really fast (12 minutes for food) and just a couple of minutes for other room requests.

I would recommend this hotel for any traveler flying out of Gimpo but not Incheon!

I stoped here on a business trip, and The hotel provided everything it needed to.

The rooms are clean and well kept, as are the public spaces in the hotel.

The breakfast was fresh with a mix of Oriental and european.

The room had internet access and international news on the TV.

Overall I had no complaints and I would go back if I have to visit Incheon again

I stayed at the Incheon for one night while in transit. The hotel is located very close to the airport and provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Staff at reception were very welcoming and spoke good English. My room was very large with a separate area for working and relaxing. A large table to work at was provided and a sofa suite for relaxing. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Sound proofing was excellent, could not hear any of the flights. The room was very clean and very well equipped.

There is a restaurant on site but also several restaurants within a ten minute walk of the hotel. I recommend the Incheon for a transit travellers.

Hello - Born and raised in Korea and from America, my sister and I recently travelled to Korea to visit family. My husband found this hotel through Internet searching, primarily the Agoda travel site. The pics looked great, and the location, price, all looked like what would work for us. We were going to stay here for 4 or 5 days while visiting my brother, before heading into Seoul and to stay with other family members.
When we got to our room, we were shocked beyond belief! Keep in mind that this was not a "dupe the foreigner" kind of thing; we both speak Korean flawlessly. This room was akin to a crack house or maybe a squalor to support a prostitution ring or something. I could not believe what greeted us behind the room door. The entire room was NOT out of the same website that we saw! The entire place was "old." Everything in the room was old. The carpets were dirty. I am 5'2" tall and was able to touch the ceiling on my tip-toes, and there were 2 holes IN THE CEILING PANELS just inside the door! There were 2 or 3 holes, quite literally, in the bathroom. big enough for a rat to shimmy in and out of. The refrigerator was some 30 year old dinky thing that was barely cool.
We immediately called my brother, and we got out of there. But, not before his wife gave the desk crew the 3rd degree.
I am going to try and contact the hotel directly, and tell them, how dare they lure unsuspecting customers, travellers into their establishment, by showing photos of the hotel rooms that are a far cry from reality. I felt unsafe in that room, in that hotel, and there would be NO WAY that I would EVER - ever - risk staying in that hell hole.

Kindest,

P. Thompson

I have traveled all over South Korea. I rate this hotel below average because it is dated. The staff is very nice, but the room smell like smoke and the bath room was not clean. It had black mold in the shower.

Great hotel. Fluent staff. Clean and rooms are very large. I stayed in one of the traditional rooms with heated floors, which was a cool experience. The only negative is that this hotel is far from Seoul. Cab ride is ~45 minutes and about 50 bux. Train is cheaper but that will take about 1.5 hr. I stayed here on my last day, just to be in proximity to the airport. Otherwise, this hotel is a great option if you will be exploring Incheon.

Called hotel at 9 P.M to coordinate a airport shuttle. The hotel staff said that all the drivers had gone home for the evening and that I should have called a few days earlier to schedule the pickup (what?!). Note: I called 3 different hotels after learning a needed to find a different hotel and all of them could send a shuttle. On top of that they recommended that I should take a taxi for the 30 min. drive from the airport. I asked if this would be reimbursed by the hotel and they quickly replied no. I told them that I would like to cancel my reservation and asked for a refund...since I did not have a way to get to their hotel. I was told be the hotel to get in touch with Agoda. Agoda then blew me off and basically said they needed to get with the hotel and get back with me. They never did! I called them back and they were giving me the run around. Agoda was ZERO help and I can tell they are out to take your money along with the hotel. I will never use them again!!

Although claims to be a 4 star hotel, this BEST WESTERN hotel is below par of other BEST WESTERN hotels in Seoul in terms of room, service, food etc. There are a few very local type of restaurants nearby, but also on low quality side. If need an airport hotel next time, will pick another one.
