Easy access to attractions in west side of Jeju.
Hotel is not that big and quite neat.
Breakfast was quite good.
Many kinds of food and all of food was in high quality and fresh.
All staff were friendly and kind.
If I have another chance to visit Jeju, I will be staying at this hotel.

The management felt not working properly.
The rooms were narrow, poorly cleaned, and in the bathroom, the turtles appeared to be coming out and did not care about hygiene.
In the morning, the pool water quality was good, but there was something on the broken floor in the drawing room, and there was something on the top floor near the bathroom.
There was no garden around the hotel and it didn't feel like it should be managed.

Very clean and nice hotel! Highly recommend if you want to relax at Jeju island!

Pool was bigger than my expectation and I enjoyed a lot.
One thing quite strange was empty boxes at the bathroom. The boxes of amanities were all empty except shower cap.. but L'OCCITANE bath stuffs were great for sure :)

This hotel falls short of its 5-star rating. While the facilities are decent, the overall experience was disappointing due to the unhelpful and inflexible staff.

Four of us stayed for three days, and several issues arose. When we dined at the restaurant, we wanted to order drinks, but were told we had to go to the bar upstairs to place our order. Even when we offered to bring the drinks down ourselves, they refused.

Another frustrating experience occurred when we purchased snacks from the hotel and asked for a plate to share. Instead of providing a simple plate, we were told we’d need to pay to rent one. We ended up going to a nearby shop to buy plastic plates, which was completely unnecessary and inconvenient.

One more example of poor service was at the cafe in the lobby, which opens at 10 a.m. We arrived at 9:57 and asked for three coffees, but the staff refused to serve us until exactly 10 a.m., making us wait unnecessarily for three minutes.

Overall, the level of service was far below what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. We left disappointed and won’t be returning.

Hotel is lovely. Great rooms, beautiful views, and an infinity pool looking out on the forests. Caters to Koreans coming to Jeju for their holidays, rather than international crowd. No complaints at all about the hotel. But if I was doing it again I would stay in the East of the island and not the tourist complex near Jungmun/Seogwipo. There isn’t much you want to do down here.

I stayed for 3 nights.

1. checked in : 4.5 stars. warm welcoming and run very smooth. friendly lobby concierge and front desk-team. GM should look into provided welcome drinks and warm/cold towles.

2, checked out: 5 stars. Its a smooth and fast

3. room: 4 star. clean, enoguh space / balcony. simple interior. good idea with complimentary mini-bar such as a water/juice/cola etc. no beer to buy in min-bar. no sound proof door. water temp / pressure is a good

4. Pool: 4 stars. pool safety concern around floor so wet & very slippy.
No visual slippery signed / mat/ stickers / no outdoor staff who clean wet floor and give caution to guests at night. friendly staff at fitness counter

5.Fitness Center: 3 stars. too late open hour at 9:00am. only 3 treadmills with cheap quality. GM should change fitness hours policy or allowed guest to use before 9am.

6.Staff service: 5 stars

7. Overall : 4 stars hotel

This place is a great place to get away from everything and just relax. From the inviting infinity pool to the beautiful scenery. The staff was very attentive and friendly. It is a little out of the way but with a 10 minute taxi ride you can be in the middle of the resort area and beach. The only negative side is the food is pricey at the hotel.

This has got to be one of the most incredible hotels I've seen. while most of Jeju hugs the sea and beaches, this hotel is "tucked away" alongside a small ravine and river. The Hidden cliff is an incredible grotto like cave from where the river flows. The staff are incredibly professional and the facilities, including a very large pool overlooking the ridge are first class. They also have a fantastic wine cellar to imbibe in at the end of the day.

Stayed here for an international conference. Rooms were lovely and the infinity pool was wonderful. I found the prices for meals in the main dining room very expensive but the bistro on the 7th floor was very good and much more affordable. The problem is that there are not a lot of othe choices for meals within a short walking distance. It is a bit remote at this time but perhaps with further development in the area, it will be a better location.

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights.
It was the second day when we went out and came back.

There was an unknown swimwear in our room that was not ours.

We were worried.

Did the thief come in?
Was there a badman?

Senior managers came and checked the cctv.
House keeper made a mistake.

We got a late checkout and homemade burger as a reward.

However, even though I promised to check out the rate,
Once at 9 in the morning, once at 11 in the morning,
House keeper opened our room door. Without permission.

It was shocking,
I could not get a proper apology.

The house keeper's service was the worst.
I was worried about security and I was offended.
