Whenever we visit a hotel, we always visit a spa. We looked around the interior, consulted their programs and products, and decided to visit. The best spa and cosmetics we know is VONESTIS. Amazing!! VONESTIS SPA!!

Went to this hotel for Buffet lunch at 85,000 won which include snow crabs, food is of very high quality. Though a bit expensive but is value for money. The view from this hotel is fantastic. Service is 5 stars. Will come again next time when I come Jeju.

This review is for staying in a club level 2 br room. I had the most amazing experience. I prepaid for the room through Agoda. The price paid for the club level room is very reasonable. The check in process was very smooth and I got upgraded to ocean view. The room was perfect for a family of 4. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The breakfast was amazing. The food in cocktail hours was not great but I just stayed in Grand Hyatt which had the most amazing club level food. The infinity pool was perfect after a day of hiking but need to make a reservation which was not an issue for us since we were out during the day to tour around Jeju island. There weren’t enough sun beds but it’s like 16 bucks for 2 hours to rent some sun beds so we rented without any issues. The club staff was very attentive to my daughter’s tree nut allergy. It was a great stay and I hope to go back someday.

New hotel with few reviews but decided to stay here for our Jeju trip. We got the family suite with twin looking out toward to the mountain with partial ocean few. Check it was smooth and very friendly helpful staffs. Our room was very roomy w/ separate living area with balcony, desk, couch and desk and fully stocked frig w/ complimentary water, local beer, cider and coke (they stock each day!!!). Bedroom had queen and full or twin beds, bathroom was huge plus access to balcony too! Suite was on the 10th flr. Used the pool once at night. The outdoor pool was nice and long and spacious. Their locker room was very nice. Had breakfast buffet and good selections of food. Oh, don't forget to get latte coffee at other end of the restaurant. Here is GS25 convenience store right outside the main entrance. Good place to pick up some snacks, drinks etc. Location was perfect at the bottom of the resort complex with other hotels like The Shilla Jeju, Lotte Hotel, Gand Josun. Few restaurants nearby and Starbucks, 7-11. Close to Jungmun area which had few local restaurants. Free parking and they few EV charging stations too. Overall, Parnas had the biggest rooms compared to the our stay in Signel Busan and JW Marriott Dongdaemum. Highly recommend the hotel for families. FYI.. you will see lot of couples here too!

Truly 5 star luxury experience!! This is the only hotel in Seogwipo with unobstructed views of the ocean, and it is the newest. The decor is beautiful. Stayed here with family and due to the size of our party we needed 2 rooms. We decided to splurge and chose the club prestige suite with ocean view, and the same room without an ocean view. These are located in the new East building. The suite is huge, with a wonderful common sitting room with mini bar that is stocked every day with complimentary bottled water, coke, ginger ale, and local beer as well as capsule coffee and local teas. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a king bed, and the bathroom has a bathtub, separate shower, toilet / bidet. There is also a huge closet / dressing room. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds, a bathroom with shower, toilet / bidet, huge closet / dressing room. The bedrooms / sitting room each have a balcony with a gorgeous view of the ocean! The hotel upgraded our suite without an ocean view to one with a partial view, so our 2 suites were next door which was very helpful to keep our family together AND was a wonderful perk as the ocean views are unparalleled! After staying in other hotels in Korea where the room size is small, it was really great to have such nice space for our family and luggage. The hotel slippers and robes were very comfortable, and the rooms had extra touches including power cords with USB / USB-C, in room safe, complimentary toiletries including toothbrushes and hairbrush. We had stayed at another 5 star hotel in Busan where the amenities were not nearly as nice. The Club benefits are fabulous - includes amazing breakfast buffet with variety of western foods, korean foods, fresh fruit, baked goods, barista, fresh juices, and more! Afternoon tea had lovely finger sandwiches and cookies, and happy hour had free wine / cocktails, coffee and other drinks, as well as enough food to make a nice light dinner. Food and drinks are expensive so the club lounge for us was worth the price. The hotel started a new requirement of reserving pool time - even though it has the longest infinity pool in Korea, it definitely is crowded and this requirement is a reasonable way to approach this. The pools are all heated which makes even night use fun. The locker room experience was great, with nice robes, lockers to hold your items, and showers. The hotel provides a map showing short walks around the grounds as well as down to Sakdael beach. This is a public beach popular with surfers, and you can rent chairs / table / umbrella. The Pluses: Location! Beautiful modern and spacious accommodations. Ocean views / balconies. Breakfast buffet. Club level amenities. THE STAFF!!!! (We do not speak Korean and ALL the staff were fluent). Areas to improve: Pool area needs more seating, inadequate chairs for the number of bathers allowed. Walk to the beach is in disrepair in the middle, requiring either walking a long way in the sand or slogging through muddy path. No self-serve laundry available and to do send out laundry is both expensive and takes 2 days. Convenience store on site needed. Without a car, is about 25-30 minute walk to other areas in the Jungmun Tourist area.

The Parnas Hotel is one of the newer resorts in the Jungmun area, and at the moment, it is the hot spot and for good reason. It's a newer property and the complex is quite large but also has much to offer. We stayed in a junior suite with a great view of the ocean. The room itself was nicely done, and we really appreciated the separate luggage room/closet. The hotel has somewhat limited dining options with a restaurant, lounge, cocktail bar (decent scotch selection too :)) and poolside restaurant, but the quality of food is really good (the breakfast buffet was awesome). In addition, there is a high end Spanish and Chinese restaurant on premise as well as a convenience store, so there are even more choices at the resort. The location was perfect - overlooking the sea and right on Saekdal beach which is popular with surfers, tourists, and people wanting to try the freshest seafood (although it's not your typical stuff, e.g. abablone, sea cucumber, sea pineapples, etc.). They have both an indoor pool and a really nice outdoor infinity pool with great views of the ocean. The walk down to the beach is a little steep, but that will be the case with the resorts here, since they are all perched above. Service was great throughout the stay - ordered room service twice and both were on time and very tasty. And the concierge was very helpful with regards to restaurant and tourist recommendations, and he even led a morning hike on one of the nearby trails for us and small group of hotel guests. Overall, we really enjoyed the 3 nights at the Parnas Hotel, and we would definitely return to the resort next time.

The hotel looks like a cruise ship from the outside and an embassy suites on the inside. Food was decent and some of staff very helpful. 24/7 club music so loud we can hear in rooms. The nearby beach is beautiful, but the hotel doesn't provide towels. You leave the hotel property and climb down a steep and almost adequately maintained stone-paved staircase to get to the beach. The hotel is best suited for people wanting to take instagram photos of the magnificent ocean view but who want to avoid the wetness of waves and the messiness of sand. If you want an antiseptic environment, this is the place for you! Lots of families and babymooners. Looks like fun facilities for younger kids.

Parnas is an Ocean view resort hotel by the Jungmun beach. Pros: Lobby beautiful ocean view Junior suite is large Beds comfy Nice seating area Large Wrap around balcony Mountain view Italian bistro serves great breakfast Cons: the paths around the beach were sealed off for renovation, which really defeated the whole idea of staying in a beach front resort. toilet bowl and sink are in separated units Pricey buffet breakfast Limited dinning option within resort Need a car or taxi to get around

The service and facilities way exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very new having been revamped and reopened only in 2022 (it used to be The Shore and before that the Grand Hyatt). It has expanded to twice its original size with two towers and is very spacious and gorgeous with stunning interior design that is both modern like an art gallery and yet warm and showcased the amazing sea views. It is also spotlessly clean! I loved the service too especially the concierge team who speak English namely Scott Hong the manager who went over and above from ensuring I received medical treatment when I sprained my foot to assisting in changing my flight (due to bad weather) The genuine care and assistance given by him was really heartwarming. Of note too was how proactive he was in his service. Most times in other hotels the guests have to ask for help (and we do not always get it) but not with Scott who often initiated help such as providing a bandage and icebag for my swollen ankle without me asking. Furthermore, I found the other concierge team members very helpful, always smiling and ever willing to help. Of note are Ethan, Niki and Bill who were among those who always offered a smile and assisted with enthusiasm. I also found staff at the front office, Confetti, housekeeping and the Bar and deli very friendly and well groomed which made my stay a very very pleasant stress-free one. This is a very nice resort in Southern part of Jeju to stay in to chillax for a few days or even longer as it is so beautiful, comfortable and has top class service. Food options are limited as most guests eat out I guess but it would be nice to have more variety for longer staying guests. Food is also on the expensive side. Lights in room can be brighter.
