The room had everything we needed. It was a big, clean room with a fan. Furniture and bathroom are in good condition and we only paid 2300 rupees. The staff was very friendly and organized us a tuktuk to the airport for 800 rupees.

Beach side great location. Good sized clean comfortable rooms. Lovely helpful people at this family run guest house. They offer great value car service for both short and long distance. This really is Negombo at its best. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

we stayed at Jeeros on two occasions. Very clean rooms, large and overlooking the beach with an o/s terrace to sit on. Very friendly, they kept our bike boxes for 3 wks while we cycled around the island. Also organised a van to take us and our bikes to the airport.

We were only in Negombo for one night (as it seems most people are), and Jeero's was fine. The rooms are very big, so useful to have all the space when doing a final pack before going home. Bathroom clean but the hot water slightly mythical (although as in many places you don't really need it). Good wifi, helpful staff,...

We have stayed at Jeeros on 3 occasions and have always found it very clean and good value for money. The beachside rooms are the best but the courtyard rooms are equally well maintained. For a quick stopover this guesthouse is the perfect pick.

This guesthouse was one of the few guesthouses that was still charging what was listed in rough guide (which had only been published the month before I traveled). It was very clean & had a lot of character. I lucked out & got a seaside room which had a very nice balcony with a view of the ocean, but it...

Stayed here for two nights, rather than expose myself to the bustle of Colombo, after a long flight. The room was basic, and spacious enough, with a view across the the beach; first floor, adequately furnished. After a misunderstanding about being picked up at the airport, we met the owner's father-in-law, who was a mine of local information. He arranged,...

My father and I stayed here as an introduction to Sri Lanka instead of the bustle on Colombo city. It was about 15 minutes by rickshaw from the airport and 2 minutes rickshaw from negumbo, costing about 250rs which is just over £1 or you could get the 905 bus from outside the hotel for 10p. Situated on the main...

We only stayed here one night before catching a flight home the following morning. The room was exactly what we needed it to be, clean and comfy enough to get a good nights sleep. The only problem we had was that it's located a little way away from the main drag of restaurants etc - this is only an issue...

we went there at the end of our trip at the end of june. The owner are very nice and can pick you to the airport for nice price. The room are clean and the wi fi is good. It's perfect to stay there before going discovering the country, better than going to Colombo.
