for the price paid, overall a decent place. rooms are a little old but it's pretty spacious. variety of breakfast is minimal and not tasty, would suggest getting breakfast outside instead. location wise, walkable to many popular places such as Gong Yuan Yan Ke, Chun Shui Tang, Yi Zhong Night Market etc. The popular Feng Jia Night Market is a...

This hotel is not recommended at all. I understand that this is just a 3 star hotel but i never expect such terrible service from the front desk staff. Rude and arrogant. We waited for more than 10 mins in front of the staff before she can look up and ask us for documents to check in. The mattress is...

We paid 29$ a night, and it was excellent value for money. The rooms were big and clean, they had free good breakfast (Asian style buffet), helpful stuff, gym, big bath (Jacuzzi) and free bicycle. The basic room was amazing, but after we asked the receptionist to fix the internet that didn't work in the room, we got a free...

Is a convenient place to stay n move about in taichung. The street food nearby is very cheap. And if you care to walk around the area you can find a lots of old shop. the big drain there is decorated with 2016 flower competition. Room is comfortable.

Stayed here two nights recently and I have to say that this is a decent hotel. While some of the furnishings are dated, my room was quite clean and spacious. The stairs did smell a bit smokey, but that smell did not linger in the halls and could not be detected in my room. Breakfast was delicious and offered a...

The room is full of dust, my nose quite sensitive to dust. The moment you sit on the bed, you can see the dust fly everywhere. Breakfast choices are limited, there isn't any egg. The basic of breakfast wasn't provided. Only manage to eat toast because I'm can't eat fried noodles for breakfast.

We only stayed in Taichung for a couple of days, but it was mostly really enjoyable. The hotel staff was very kind even though they couldn't speak much English and were very friendly as I struggled to speak a little Chinese with them. The room was pretty large and comfortable---you get free water, tea, and coffee, along with toiletries. We...

Visit Chin Hua Hotel on the second day of my trip to Taiwan after spending a day at Alishan and Sun Moon Lake. First impression of the hotel was not very good as the vicinity of the hotel was kind of secluded. Checked-in and was surprised to find that the hotel made 5 of us squeeze in a room. Initially...
