This hotel was recommended to us by EVA air, because we had an unexpected 24 hour stay over in Taipei. The hotel is said to have five stars. The lobby looks luxurious and expensive, the gardens, the restaurant the same. However, the rooms look a bit old and the wallpaper started peeling off the wall. When I arrived the first... More

Was staying here during overnight transit (paid stopover by EVA Air) and was not very delightful with the hotel. The room size are decent; however you can by the hotel appearance that it was outdated. This hotel claimed to have 5 star rating but I was very doubtful with their claim. The bed was not very comfortable and the noise... More

The air of the hallway to our room was pervaded with a smell, and we could hear the traffic, broadcasting and peopel talking clearly from outside of hotel. The noise of aiar conditioning was too loud!

Hotel is close to airport, clean and staff are helpful. The bed is horrible unless you like firm beds. Pillows are to large and bulky in my opinion. Room could use an update. Lots of food options nearby.

Lady boss decided on this hotel probably for its proximity to the airport. I found this hotel surprisingly nice for the spacious....almost everything! There is two wings, A & B, and our group stayed at the former. At night, you can still find many shops and mobile hawker stalls along the road opened.

Very large hotel with 526 rooms, divided in many tower or building, friendly staff, good breakfast food. Got the room with 4 single bed, large enough for us, clean and cozy. overall... More

Stayed there during Chinese New Year. Stayed at the newer wing as I have senstive nose. Didn't help as once you enter the lobby, you could smell burnt paper smell. Rooms are clean but my nose gets stuck. During the day, one could see the chambermaid opening the windows along the corridors to air the place. Breakfast was mediocre. It... More

I have stayed at the hotel on business for 6 weeks so far and will be back for another 5 weeks soon. Hotel is reasonable with big clean rooms, very helpful staff (providing they can understand you but they always find someone who does). There are two restaurants in the hotel, the 'western' buffet and the Chinese restaurant, plus you... More

Stayed here due to a flight delay. Located not far from airport. It's along a main road lined with old-fashioned Taiwanese shops and eateries. Has a market feel in the morning. Hotel itself is big and has a few blocks or annexes. Very clean. Deco is classic Euro. Not contemporary design. Staff was attentive. Simple hotel with not much frills.... More
