Stayed here overnight before starting a Safari. The hotel looks bright and shiny but it's all on the surface. The windows needed washing. The first room we stayed in had a flooded bathroom so we had to switch. In the new room the toilet paper dispenser fell off the wall the shower flooded the floor. Wi-Fi did not work in...

Very nicely and widely designed in the public areas. On Friday you can get happy hour and music. Two restaurants and outdoor buffet close to the pool in the big dark park. Nice garden. Clean. Room a bit small but complete. Best price services. Enjoy.

This is my second stay in this hotel, as part of a business trip. Overall, the hotel is ok, except that the size of the standard room is relatively small. The room had a good view, overlooking the meru mountain. The facilities and service is decent. Room - 0.5/1; The room is small by comparison to other hotels. The facilities are...

We stayed at the hotel on our first day as its best offering is its location in terms of travel time to and from Kilimanjaro/ Arusha airport and a breathtaking view of Mt Meru. The hotel offers all modern facilities and has multiple indoor restaurants and a decent lounge facing the lawns. The buffet breakfast was my favorite with a wide...

While the rooms may not be giant, they are well planned out and comfortable. those facing Mount Meru are a special treat in the morning. The facilities in the hotel made me slightly sad that I had arranged to visit friends elsewhere rather than sample the food there. The breakfast was an excellent spread with more choice than I could...

I stayed at Mount Meru Hotel for 2 nights ahead of my Kilimanjaro trek and 1 night after. This is my second stay in the last 6 months and I find this hotel to be quite adequate. It's comfortable and clean and the staff are always very welcoming. The rooms are well maintained, the beds and pillows are comfortable and...

Our family spent a short night here after landing in Arusha and prior to heading off on Safari. The rooms were nice and quite comfortable. Staff was friendly, grounds were pleasant and the breakfast in the morning was a great way to start us off on our journey. It's just the kind of place you'd want after a very long...

Rooms are big enough and well equipped, the bed is comfortable, bathroom is well furnished and equipped and the view on the Mount Meru is wonderful. Restaurants and bars inside are nice while the pool and garden areas are gorgeous. The only slight remark is about a general "impersonal" feeling that makes this hotel a bit cold, probably better for...

I went to mount meru hotels several times during the week and the only day worth is the Thursday, because of the live band which is amazingly awesome. The service is really poor, we have to wait for long for a wiaiter to attend to us. Really disappointing. But happy hours, half a price for all the drinks comforted us....
