We stayed there for one night and it was one of the best accommodations we had during our entire safari. The staff was really attentive and friendly. Special mention must be given to Herman who was especially helpful. Really appreciate all his help. The hotel had all kinds of amenities and it was really nice because the hotel had many...

I was in a group of 16 people staying in Arusha in order to climb the Kili. We arrived one day early to get some shopping done. The condition of the hotel is pretty bad overall. The rooms are very crammed, the beds are in deplorable shape, the shower and toilet barely work - not the place to stay before...

Absolutely a terrible place to stay, I had to change rooms 4 times before I got one somewhat livable. Issues ranging from moldy showers, toilets coming lose from the floor to rip offs in the restaurant ..If you want to try and enjoy your stay in Arusha then start by finding a different hotel...Their slogan for "sheer luxury " is...

A lot of reviews say that the hotel needs some upgrading, and it does. That does not detract from the character. I stayed in 2 different rooms, before and after a Kili climb. Both had their own charm. The continental restaurant upstairs is dreadful, but the Indian Restaurant in the back of the hotel is terriffic. The staff there and...

If you are lucky, they will honor your booking. We got back from a week safari and were looking forward to getting to the hotel and not running around anymore. To our dismay (and a bunch of other people as well) the hotel manager had given away all our reservations to a conference. They told us they could transfer us...

Arrived here after a 7-day trek up Mount Kilimanjaro for our honeymoon. Exhausted, unshowered and covered in a week's worth of filth, we stayed here for one night before heading off to our safari. The room was average but for us, it was luxury after roughing it in a tent. A mattress, pillows and modern plumbing was enough for us...

To attend a scientific conference, I stayed in Impala hotel. The hotel is just beside the Arusha International Convention center and some other similar centers. So if you visit for a official purpose, the location of the hotel will be blessing. The cordial and helpful hotel manager, Mr Navjot Singh will support you in a smiling face in sightseeing, dining,...

To stay here is like travel back to 70:s to eastern Europe. The hotel lacks on any kind of service. The food is awful - eating breakfast is only done by avoiding the uneatable leaving you eating bread and drinking awful coffee. The have an "Italian" restaurant which would make every Italian go crazy. Expensive is it too. The staff...
