We missed the last ferry to Koh Pangan. The shuttle from the airport took us there. The Girl at front desk, pretend don't speak English but as soon as I say the word "Police" then remembered her English. She didn't want to lend us the phone or giving us tourist information about the the ferry schedule and where to take...

Non-English speaking staff, need to seek for my Thai friend's help in translation during check-in. About pricing, you get what you pay for, so i would say it's a fair price for budget traveler. This is my second stay with this hotel due to it's good location. Service is not too bad which improved than my first stay here (or...

Checked in here with a freind for one night as we were passing through Surat Thani. Firstly the woman at reception was extremely ignorant would not even remove her face mask to speak to us. Brought up to our room and saw lizards running around the walls. The tiles on the floor of the room were cracked and filthy, there...

Probably the worst hotel in Thailand. Room was crawling with lizards and ants. We left immediately but were refused a refund. Staff unhelpful and ignorant. One worker was laughing at the lizards in the room. Caused us a lot of hassle.... Stay away

The hotel is close to the night market and also the Phantip airport-bus pickup point. There are loads of eating options closeby. And being slightly off the mainroad means that there is hardly any noise in the rooms. I chose the cheapest one(a room) for around 300baht on the 4th floor, and it was nice and spacious. The room is...

Location of this hotel is very good, quite close to everything. For interner access you should ask a receptionist. Room was big, clean but it didn't have a hot water! Everybody in this town will try to overcharge you, so better not to ask elsewhere about tickets, better to go to the station (ferry or bus) and buy there. Scammers...

We arrived in Surat Thani with no accommodation and had to trust the taxi driver to drop up off at a decent hotel... We arrived and the area looked quite dodgy but we shuffled inside and got a room for 450bht as we wanted air con. The receptionist didn't speak English she just pointed at the sign and tapped the...

Hotel staff booked us a shuttle, charged 400 bath each... then stuck us on an 8 hour bus ride that should have been 220 baht each. Fortunately I am not just a tourist and I am going to use my Thai contacts to attempt a full refund. Rooms super basic. And some bizarre rule that you cannot have hot water......

The reception is unfriendly and most of them are not able to speak proper English. They try to convince you to buy the ferry ticket right there which is overpriced and the time table is wrong. The room rather clean but there was a hole in the ceiling through which water was dropping in the morning. Location is okay.

“If travelling with a friend it is cheaper to have a room with two single beds than to get two single rooms. Also the room will be nicer and have better facilities. The room I had had air conditioning which worked by putting a card into a slot.”
