The staff are friendly, however they do struggle with their English a little, that's not a negative on them though as they shouldn't really be fully expected to. In the rooms there is no wifi which is pretty disappointing. The pool was pretty full with leaves when we got there and even with them taken out the colour of the... More

Good location, friendly staff, good amenities, pleasant , competitive price. Can't say enough good things about it. A nice canal runs between the hotel and the street, and there is a nice courtyard. A short walk from the clock tower.

It is situated a bit far from the main eestaurant areas. Rooms clean, well organised. Bed comfortable shower good. Staff friendly and helpful. Has a restaurant but food not very good, preferred to eat out.

I found this to be a good location, short walk out of town but not to far. The lady who greeted us on our first day spoke fantastic English and was able to give us some useful tips to get around town. However then next 2 days the lady on reception only spoke basic English but enough to get by... More

After visiting other hotels I stumbled across this wonderful hotel. This hotel offers alot for the small amount they charge per night with breakfast included, wifi internet and a great bar side swimming pool. The rooms are fabulous and even though we have airconditioning we were quite comfortable without it. They also do tour bookings and rentals for cars and... More

About 20 minutes walk from the central old bus station, Lek House is easy to find, has good strong wifi (although connections in the room aren't great. ) We had room 14 at the back upstairs, a queen bed with a fan. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The room has mosquito netting at the windows and... More

We had a double-bed fan room with ensuite bathroom/shower. Decent water pressure, the water heater never got the water, well, heated. Clean bedding, but the bed was pretty stiff. Breakfast was simple (fried eggs, coffee/tea, toast, fruit), wifi doesn't work in rooms. Also, can walk to Chuang Rai Night Bazaar in 15-20 minutes.

Great relaxing and quiet short stay at the Lek House. Only a few rooms seems occupied, but it was the low season. Travelled solo and stayed in the Queen Room with Fan, which was fine even I was there in the middle of a heatwave. The staff are friendly and efficient with check-in/check-out very fast and freshly prepare breakfast every... More

We stayed only one night so can't say much. The pool is nice but you there is no space or chair to stay around, the room is ok and so is the breakfast. Just a bit far from the center maybe? Ok for one night but they ain't much to do in Chiang Rai anyway

We booked a couple of nights here before we went to Laos. When we got there, they were very helpful and welcoming. The room was nice, it has AC which was good, the bed was comfy. A few negative point's need to be mentioned. Because the toilet is directly in the room with no door it can be slightly off... More

“The rooms in the main purple bldg. Are nice. When we were there the first room we got was by the restaurant and although it had a jacuzzi, also had some leaking problems, but when we complained they promptly relocated us. It seemed these rooms were still being worked on and the kinks not yet ironed out. Thereafter, our stay there was perfect.”
