-location is pretty good: close to the local market (2minutes walking) and the bus terminal (10min walking) -staff was very nice and helpful -rooms were big enough for us 2 -rooms were in a good shape I can see why some people complain about the layout of the hotel. Since we didnt had any loud neighbours, we had no problem...

What a lovely surprise when we walked into our room! - even though we had to walk to the 4th floor with our heavy bags. Given the price we paid, it's a good bargain. The room and the bathroom were very clean and modern. The bed was comfy. You have a free mini bar, a kettle and a hair dryer....

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel and found it more than satisfactory. The room, whilst small, was comfortable with efficient air conditioning, comfy bed,a cute little bathroom, hairdryer, kettle with free tea, coffee, water and some snack bars. There is also a little table and chairs outside each room if you do feel a bit hemmed in. In addition...

This attractive hotel is functional, affordable and only a few paces from the Clock Tower. The rooms are well lit (ideal for readers), but on the slightly small side. They come with a wet room and good air con. Ask for a room with a FRIDGE as few rooms have one. You can get bug spray from reception. There are...

The room was always nicely lit by sunlight giving it a bright and smart look. I personally really enjoyed the bed in the nook it gave it a cosy feeling. Nothing to complain. Staff was helpful and the laundry is self-service but cheap and good.

Stayed from 14/08/2016-20-08/206. Hotel looks alright, simple decorations, large bed and low floor as per requested. Toilet is clean but i would suggest the shower water could be bigger because it is really too small. Maybe i come at the monsoon season thus there are many ants, you cant put any food on the table literally. Hotel is just walking...

Well the rooms are pretty good the shower works perfectly and so does the wifi. There is an aircon and a Tv in the room the only thing is the bed is pretty hard cause the mattress just lies on concrete... And there is not really a outdoor area to relax so it's pretty basic. But the location is perfect...

Please NOTE- my review is about DCONDO HYDE, which is new and NOT LISTED on Tripadvisor. It caters to long-term rentals from 8,500 Baht/month; I paid 9000 Baht deposit before finding out that it the ONLY residential development in Chiang Rai that does NOT have in-room wi-fi!! Rooms are beautifully equipped, fully furnished, there is an enormous pool + gym...

Good location that is in walking distance to the bus stop, clock tower and morning or night markets. Big bed in the room with simple furnitures and clean toilet. Great big space in the middle of the building. The bad thing is there are lots of mosquitoes and ants depending on the season and room. Lucky to have the receptionist...
