It’s a neat & nice hotel with a simple basic buffet breakfast with friendly, helpful English speaking staffs. The hotel is located at a quiet end just behind the New Season hotel with spacious rooms. It’s a 10 mins walk to where Lee Garden eateries & night market are. It’s a 15 mins walk to Kim Yong market and 7-11 is just 3 mins away on the same road on the left side of the hotel. Tuk tuk is ever ready at the doorstep waiting for a short trip elsewhere in Hatyai. A few massage shops across the hotel & around it. There is a nice noodle shop diagonally opposite the hotel which is open from 6am-6pm. A tiny version of Big C supermart is the opposite direction at the New Season Hotel junction when walking right towards Lee Garden. We stayed 2 nights & returned for another 2 nights after our Songkla & Khanom trip and it was a pleasant stay! 😊

One of the best hotel in Hatyai. Friendly staff (including housekeeping staff), clean room, in fact everything is close to perfect EXCEPT for the AC in the room, many rooms have the AC control unit spoilt example my room is at 18 deg C no matter how you adjust the room temperature just won't go up and you either freeze to death or you sleep with the AC off (many of my friends choose to sleep w/o AC). To New Season Square management, start to do something for your customers so as to make their stay even more enjoyable

Excellent property
I discovered this hotel under very distressing circumstances, as my stay in a TOP hotel was cut short due to a electrical failure in that property.

We were sent to this hotel unceremoniously and what a surprise it turn out to be.
I must admit I was a bit apprehensive as it cost less and was way down on the ratings and reviews.

But it turn out to be excellent, rooms were spacious and VERY comfortable.
Modern and luxurious.

Will surely stay here on my future trips. GOOD value

The room is big and bed is comfortable.
But the toilet cleanness need to improve !

Make sure you tell your cab driver, its New Season "SQUARE" Hotel, because next to it, is the old hotel with the same name.
Check in was fast..within 3 minutes.
Location is about 5 minutes walk to city center i.e. Lee Garden Plaza/Centara Hotel.
Buzzing whole day long, with road side hawkers selling their wares or food stuff.
Hotel staff met, were polite but as of other hotels in Hatyai, English are seldom spoken.
Massage and Spas are abundant in the neighbourhood, but avoid the outlet located 2nd Floor of the old New Season Hotel, at ALL COSTS. Their workers will short change you 1 hr 45 mins session, ends at 1 hr 10 minutes, haggling you to pay more for supposedly better massage using special oil, otherwise by purpose they massage you painfully , giving the excuse that if you don't upgrade to their oil massage, your body will be very painful when massage the normal way. Its just DAY_LIGHT Robbery. And still have the cheek to ask for tips. Any where will be better off than this outlet

Stayed 4 nights in December with family occupying 3 rooms on the 7th floor.

The Hotel is new and located close to shops and eateries but away from the madness near Central.  Room key card required to access the lifts to the floor of your room, 2 lifts serving 8 floors.

Room is big with Super King Size bed, came with a safe, mini fridge, kettle and drinking water, replenished daily. Flooring is faux wood and 2 pairs of non disposable bedroom slippers are provided. Free wifi is provided. Speedtest showed 7s Ping, Upload of 22mbps and download of 29mbps, good enough speed for streaming. There is sufficient electrical points in the room. Bathroom comes with a full size bathtub however to access the shower, you need to climb into the tub, which is not recommended for those with mobility issue.

The water pressure is fairly strong however the biggest problem is the totally uncontrollable and useless water temperature setting. You will be showering with the temperature you set and the next moment, the water may turn totally cold and when you re-adjusted it, it may turn scalding hot. All 3 rooms had the same problem. Not sure if it is localized to the 7th floor and not coming back to check it out. Not acceptable for a new hotel and hence the low score.

We read the review before we booked the room and everyone was saying the location was good. Indeed it was very convenient compared to others, turning at the corner will see two 7-11 and a few stalls selling food. If you walked to another cross junction will be the Central mall which have a market at the basement and Macdonald.

Restaurant and malls tends to close early in HatYai, almost 8:30-9pm most of the shops will be closing, hence 7-11 is very important if you miss a meal.

New season square is the sister of the New Season hotel, so if you take tuktuk and they don’t know where is new season square just tell them to go to New Season will do, the hotels are side by side.

We booked an executive room and the room was big and with bathtub. The only down side is the shower heater on and off so when bath halfway it will be very cold.

Overall it was a good experience and I will be back to this hotel.

New Season Square Hotel is actually the new wing and located at the back of New Season Hotel. It is fairly new and being such, rooms are clean with lots of socket points, spacious, with extra security ie. room card that only has lift access to the floor you are on and with additional amenities like gym and pool. Hence prices are slightly higher.
Location wise is excellent - loads of eateries and shops yet quiet enough as it is slightly away from the main scene.
I have stayed here many, many times and would always return for the staff are absolutely fantastic, from the maid to the reception girls even to the car park guards who remembers us. They will do their best to assist if we have a problem or need anything.

It is a new hotel. The room is modern, clean and nice and a LCD TV with good channels. Bathroom is quite spacious with a bath tub. Check in and out was quick. Easy to get Tuk Tuk.

The hotel is about 10 mins walk to Lee Gardens and just 2-3 roads away. Nearby there is a 7-11 and ample eateries around the corner and a McD too.

Overall a comfortable stay away from the main street.
