Staying at this hotel is worth every pennies. The hotel room condition is old. Don't expect more when you only pay less. The wifi is super fast. The hotel staff are friendly, but they aren't fluent in english.
Its located at the heart of the Hatyai's town, you can only take a walk to reach every single mall in Hatyai. The bathroom is quite dirty though.
For Muslim tourist, don't worry about the halal foods, it is easy to find halal foods there.

The hotel is old and in need of refurbishment but the location and price are great. The receptionist on check in was very friendly. Bed clean. It's a one minute walk from The Swan English pub which serves good food (small portions) and incredibly cheap drinks. Would stay here again next time in Hat Yai.

I had stayed here for my Business trip even the room was not really new but overall it was OK and the price was valuable, and most important is this hotel located near Hat yai downtown and really easy to found food around hotel's area.

This hotel is a quite run down and looks very old. It is very obvious that the facilities are not well maintained. The lobby is quite dark and smells moldy and there were not many guests at that time.The beds are okay and the ac very cold but the CR are not clean. The female receptionists assigned at that time are unresponsive and do not talk much English. They always look themselves at the mirrors, either cleaning their faces and applying make up. When we inquired on something, all they do is to look on us with an empty smile. But the male guard at that time is okay. He even went to the extent of calling our agent using his phone who we were not able to contact at that time.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. The price may be cheap and location great but you can probably find better hotels in the area with around the same price.

Hotel located behind Lee Garden Plaza. Located in center but the location is not crowded. Walking distance to town center. Staff is friendly.

This is four time im staying here. The reception girl and the bell boy very helpful. No wifi in the room unless you have go to lobby area. They need to improve a room facilities its look like 70's hotel room. i will stay here again !
