We stayed in Superior room at Wing C which is located behind Lee Garden, walkable to Kim Yong Market. Parking is good. The shower does not have hot water, shower screen does not separate dry and wet. Reception is friendly and the car park is well manned. Rated 3 stars because found the location a bit congested.

Hotel room is spacious and with amenities you need. But the Hot water pressure is very low, call the Front desk to complaint few times but no one attended to my problem.

Plus point is the hotel is easy access to street food and shopping.

It is as can be expected. WiFi was very weak. Not a lot of services but it is cheap and centrally located. Rooms OK and clean. Air con OK. Many Malaysian tour groups. Easy walk to eateries but none are fantastic. Lots of massage shops but none appealed.

The real name of this hotel is Pink Lady Hotel. Why? Because the serve lady is wearing pink. They have the pink girl show on stage every night, and also pink ladies to be choose by you.
The room is well prepared with basic necessities But they lack of hot water (except the hot water in the bathroom). If you need hot water, you have to request from room service, something that can spoil the mood.
They also got wifi, but unfortunately the coverage is only at the reception counter.

Been here back in December 2014. Room is comfortable, air conditioning is proper and within walking distance to all attractions in Hat Yai city centre itself. Great value economically. From here you can basically walk to the nearest travel agency, money changer, 7 Eleven and Halal food (it's just across the road from this hotel) FYI, this hotel provides the qiblat.

The hotel is located in the heart of Hat Yai town and there are malls , eateries and saloons surrounding. The hotel itself is newly renovated , therefore the rooms are all new and clean . Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Stayed in this hotel previously and this time was given a room at the new wing name called Grand Pink Park.
The shorter way to get to the new wing is walk through the car park from the old wing.
Rooms are clean and it is very convenient as all shopping area and restaurants are within walking distance.

I'm already back home to Malaysia. However check in time is usually on or around noon or afternoon about 1pm. However you may ask for their kind discretion. Good luck with it and have a joyful holiday. Cheers
