Its a Pink hotel on the outside, the room that I slept looks clean but there were ants here and there, on the tables, I put some powder on the area, and the ants didn't come back. The hotel is just opposite the Davis Tour Agency, which I bought my hotel voucher and return bus tickets. The hotel is very near the active area. In the morning, there are different sales of items, mostly food and fruits, in the evening, there is an exchange of road side vendors. T-shirts, souvenirs, and fried food, outside the shopping center. it only takes about 5 minutes to Lee Garden Shopping Plaza.

room 125, avoid at all cost.
toilet bowl keeps flushing on its own past midnight. My mother had encounters of disturbances pushing her pillow and bedlamp switching off by itself. i will never stay in that hotel again, i suggest taking a grab out of city for cleaner and cheaper stays.

haunted.

I always stay at Rado Hotel when in Hadayi as it has very cool rooms, reasonably good beds and prices are usually low during the low season (less than 500 Baht) and they give discount if you stay for 3 nights or more. There is also a massage room downstairs offering ancient massage at rates of 240 Baht for 2 hrs (tips usually add up to at least 300 Baht or more). I find it the best value for money option there. My two friends also agree. I find the cleaners friendly and have no problem with the reception as I speak several languages. Great location too.

Good but could have offered better service if their staff were friendlier and more accomodating.

The beds were nice and I slept well indeed.

The cleaners were ok but a couple of their front desk staff seemed miserable and grumpy. Better give them more workshop on customer service. I guess that's what the other guests were also referring to.

Cheers!

When i came to this hotel, they say that today is the last day for the old rate, 560 baht for 2 people, becoming 600 baht.. Overall the room that they offer is good, clean.. Though my 1st impression the bed cover aren't that white as expected.. But they have a clean toilet and hot water, that is a plus for them
They can speak hokkien too.. Well, some of them
And the wifi, it really helps!

Travelled to Hatyai during Malaysia's long holiday break. Got stuck at the border over 3 hrs and ended looking high n low for hotels. Finally ended in this small but decent hotel.
Book a 2 single bedded room coz no other rooms left.
But had a very very good stay as the room was really clean and the best part is their bathroom was super clean. Worth the money for budget travellers.
Plus point is very close to town center.

The counter staffs are rude and unfriendly. They don't greet you but stare at you as you walk towards them. They can't communicate in English. If you only speak English you will never get your answer. Room cleaning is just as bad! If you drive, parking lot is limited! Less than 10 lot space.

We went there 2 days before Songkran Festival. So, most of the hotels are fully booked. We went to one of the travel agencies in the city center and asked them to find us a budget low cost hotel less than 1000 baht. Rado Hotel it is! We paid a total of 1750 baht without breakfast(1st night 550 baht, 2nd night-Songkran Eve 1200 baht). I think it will be cheaper if it's not on festive season. The place is very near to the city center which we really like. They have what the basic necessities we needed, a clean room with ac, tv and fridge, and fresh towels every day. Except for the hard bed, I think it's perfect for those on a tight budget holiday.
