To me the bellboys are excellent... even this aged uncle and another young one...they were very kind, helpful and friendly...whenever I was there..many times since 1990s...bringing my frens to stay there unaccountable times...but my recent-visit, was really a great disappoinment because I was turned down by the receptionist..knowingly I was a regular there with my family. Ohhh WTH...of how they...

I'm a frequent traveller to Hat Yai and this is the first time I stayed in this hotel because the van from Krabi had dropped me at the Kim Yong market. Lugging a heavy bag, Kim Yong Hotel was the nearest down the road. Both female receptionist were friendly and its location is what I love. So near to Central...

Location is the best factor, very near to Lee Garden, abundance of halal food stalls. Easy access to tuk-tuk and taxi. Not a fancy hotel but it's really best value for money. During my stay all basic utilities in the room were functioning well.

I have been here several times and the staff are helpful and speak English. The exchange counter is on the ground floor...

Air conditioner working well. We were on the sixth floor and can view part of the city from the window. Bathroom with shower and hot...

Paid RM$80 for a family room (4 persons) - what a price! Daily - rooms cleaned with fresh towels given. The only thing is that you...
