The hotel was located on Sangsri Road in Downtown Hat which was around 850 meters away from Kin Yong - the must-visit market of Hat Yat where many imported produces and products were available, especially those from China. It was a trendy newly renovated 4-story hotel with a cozy rooftop restaurant servicing only dinner time. All furniture and amenities were geared towards minimalistic with some touches of modern technology. It was truly a photogenic hotel with a love huge tree in front of and in the middle of the hotel where all guests could have a perfect view of the beautiful tree.

Very clean and aesthetically pleasing hotel. Got my son and I a Duo room but the bathroom and toilet room (separated) were facing the beds so 1) every sound is audible 2) the doors were not opaque enough so we ended up hanging towels so as to not expose too much. Would be weird for friends or colleagues.
Not much food choices on the same street but can easily order via Grabfood or walk abt 800m thereabouts to good food places like Kim Yong market or other 4*+ rated places on Google. hotel has no laundry services despite showing it on booking sites but there's a laundromat across the street abt 50m away. Staff are friendly, amenities are clean.

Stayed here after Songkhla to be close to the airport after reading positive reviews. The staff here, and there’s a lot of them; very overstaffed with the employees outnumbering the guests by a large ratio. A lot of standing around and although I received some excellent service from front desk and the dining room, I was less impressed by the coffee shop girls who seemed to always be hiding in the back. One employee I would like to recognize is Max the bellman who ran around helping me and always polite and efficient. I was disappointed in the stock depletion of the dining room; only item I wanted they didn’t have. I ended up have Grab delivery two nights. I ate breakfast once, ordering two sets at once. One was ok but the other wasn’t even close to the menu description of a Mexican omlette; it was just plain egg, nothing added to it. These people need to be properly trained. The room was good size on the 4th floor as i asked. Unique separate shower room from toilet & sink. Shower was the worst shower in 22 hotels in 3 months travel Vietnam & Thailand. Weak water:Cold water. Inconsistent nightmare. The bed was a single futon mattress on a platform less than a foot off the floor. There’s a purposeless worn carpet at the top of the bed. The corners are dog eared and sticking up in the air; a very dangerous tripping element; I know; I tripped more than once. Housekeeping management should have identified this and addressed it immediately. For a ridiculously overstaffed hotel, people don’t seem to be working. One small but annoying bad decision; one trash bin in the entire room, next to the toilet. Oh that’s right you’re too busy throwing company dollars out the window to purchase a 2nd bin for the room. Amateur hour at its best. I will say the bedroom floors were the cleanest I saw traveling. Good for housekeeping. Mixed bag. Coin toss. You could do worse.

Our room had a balcony, which was nice. The toilet and shower area was separated so this was convenient - nobody would have to rush. It was a bit on the smaller side, but it was okay since we had ample space to open up our luggages anyway. Overall, it was a cute place.

The hotel style is my favourite. The room is clean and nice but I don't like the toilet and bathroom that is in the same space of bedroom. In addition , the lift is weird haha, it closes quickly but not a problem. However, overall is nice;staff, location etc. It is another impressive hotel in Hat Yai.

I spent two nights in their prime deluxe rooms. The design of the hotel and the rooms is stylish but the idea has been badly executed.
There are too many annoyances to enjoy staying at this hotel. There is a kettle for making hot drinks but strangely they don’t provide any tea or coffee, and there is nowhere nearby to plug in the kettle. They provide cups but no spoons. The TV uses some computerised system which is very complicated and then I was told it was broken. There were only two coat hangers in the room so you have to telephone to reception if you want any more. The curtains hang one foot away from the window so are totally ineffective at keeping the room dark. The sound installation is a very poor- there was a lot of noise so I found it difficult to relax in the room.
In the shower, the rain shower head was only 10 cm above my head and I am not very tall, so taller guests will not be able to fit underneath it. You have to guess which way is hot and which way is cold, and the temperature of the water doesn’t stay constant but varies randomly between hot and cold.
There are a few good points: The staff are friendly, the design of the room is interesting and the bed is comfortable.
I could go on for long time listing all the problems with the room. Most of these problems could be solved if the management spent one night in the room.
The hotel staff are very friendly but not good at solving problems.
The manager gave me a coupon for a coffee as an apology, but when I tried to use it, the girl at the coffee shop refused. There then followed a discussion between the girl and the receptionist and I finally got my coffee. Nothing is simple at this hotel or just works.
I had been looking forward to staying at this hotel, but in the end I was glad I only had to spend two nights here.

Everything looks cool and trendy from the surface but an open glass door to the toilet and shower is not my idea of privacy. I don’t care how close you are with your partner, watching them on the toilet is not my thing. Not to mention toilets actually smell after use and that smell is free to enter the bedroom area, which is less than 1 meter to the bed. And no fan to extract that smell either.
Pretty ridiculous when you and your partner choose to use the toilet in the foyer of the hotel.
The shower is also directly next to the bed with glass door also 1 meter away.
We ate here once and the food was ok. Service just ok without being great also.
We’ll find somewhere else next time.

We stayed for two nights at this hotel. It is a boutique hotel with a nice lobby and landscaping. The staff is super friendly. The room is a bit small. A body-length mirror would be useful, but the room has none. A hairdryer was hanged in a black pouch without any label in the black wall bathroom. We were anxious and apprehensive to open the pouch in the beginning but overcame our feelings to eventually discovered that it is just a hair blower. We feel that the rate is a bit on the high side for what is being made available. The consolation is the complimentary items, which was not just bottled mineral water but also soft drinks.
