The reception (in the afternoon shift) is quite helpful and nicer - while the morning shift is not, very harsh and moody. Anyway, there are 2 buildings which have different mood and tone of the room and services. The older building is the main one, accessible to swimming pool and restaurant. The room is decorated with Thai Northern design with lots of wood which is traditional and slightly dim. The room is smaller, but more convenient for me. The balcony is more comfortable with chairs, but still not very private, where you can see other rooms from your balcony. I feel the service of the main building is better, friendly and welcome with slightly more expensive cost.
The newer building is more modern, feeling like you are in serviced-apartment, bigger room, bigger bathroom, bigger fridge. The room is still decorated with wood, but in more modern design. The balcony is smaller, not enough space for chair, but more private where there is a blinder between other balconies of other rooms. However, I feel the service of the newer building is not very nice.

One of the best hotels in Hay Yai.
Check in is fast and easy.
Room is spacious. Bathroom also big with bathtub and shower room seperately. Water pressure is good but hot water is not stable.
Breakfast is very good and exceed my expectation. Very variety of food.
The only comment is that the security person needs to get trained on customer service. I drive a car to ask him if I can park in the new building. There is a trolley that blocks the car from entering the hotel there. He should move that trolley so I can drive pass but he tells me to push back and drive to the side of the trolley. He is standing at the trolley but does not want to move the trolley.
The location is better if you have a car.

Friendly staff, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated room. Walking distance to lee gardens this hotel is a hidden gem! Breakfast is also fresh and delicious with a generous selection of fried rice, cereal, eggs, soup, fruit and sweets amongst other things. Security guard also very friendly! My partner and I loved this hotel so much, we are returning there in 3 weeks this time for a longer stay!

There are no 5 star hotels in hat yai so this will have to do

Simple hotel with simple lobby and rooms. There’s no toothbrush provided so bring your own. The hotel cooridors have open windows so a mosquito flew into my room. Most staff don’t speak english. The staff who took my room service order was curt

The rooms are absolutely disgraceful. There are broken pieces of furniture, stains on sofa, the windows have handprints from previous guests, hairs in bathroom, and smells like mould.
The hotel is a one star at best. The pictures looked really nice but it's really really bad

Having visited Hatyai regularly since 1986 I don't think it is noted for the excellence of its hotel accommodation, this is one of the better options.
Quite new, it is an imposing building located on a side street in an unremarkable part of the city.
Decorated in Lanna style our pool view room was adequate, a good size with a comfortable bed and clean, contemporary bathroom and good water pressure.
Staff were helpful and efficient, not particularly warm and welcoming.
The breakfast area was crowded, tables close together, food choice limited.
Everything was OK but not a memorable experience.

I chosen this hotel to celebrate my mum birthday and I did not regret at all . It was an excellent stay , impressed by the early check in , room condition and the facilities provided . The staffs were helpful and gone extra miles to provide the outstanding service . I will be back for sure .The only hassle I experienced from the stay was the location of the property . There is no convenience store like 7-11 nearby and a bit hidden deep inside the alley .

Nice room, although the floors were not washed in the week we were there, fresh towels every day though and bed made, only changed once in a week. The worst was cold buffet breakfast every day. Nothing was warm except for the toast you cooked yourself. The pool is nothing like the photos, not cleaned once when we were there. The staff are helpful and friendly, but the hotel needs a make over desperately! There is one restaurant and 1 coffee shop.near, everything else you need a taxi or grab to go anywhere. Sorry to say, we would not stay again. The restaurant is OK, had chicken noodles, only 4 prices of chicken in it, best thing was the chips!
