After staying in few hotels in Hat Yai, Xis was the one to make me stop looking for anything else.
Rooms are spacious, beautifully designed and well maintained. Very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning is cold, water is hot and comes with perfect pressure and the bed...ohh, the bed must be the best in Thailand! My kids don't even want to leave.
Prices are very reasonable compared with the quality and guests arriving by their own car will surely appreciate the fact that each room has large, private parking area right under the room.
Staff is helpful and accommodating, and seems to be on duty 24/7. Very pleasant and easy to deal with. 5 stars for this also!
Wish we could stay longer. Very warmly recommend.

Booked for 4 pax but we turned up as 5 pax for 2 rooms. We were asked to pay additional 200THB per night. We expected to get additional pillow and towel for the 3rd person in the room but gets very disappointed. No additional amenities but insisted for additional money and they doesn't mind to knock on your room door to collect it even we mentioned will come later to pay. Being a frequent travellers who stayed in hotels ranged from 3 to 5 stars, we were never asked to pay for 3rd person in a room & if we were to pay, we get additional amenities. We decided to shortened our stay as the service was beyond terrible. Will not return & not recommendable.

Located a bit far from Hatyai center but quality of room and service is amazing! Very reasonable price at 600 THB/night but you can enjoy a bathtub and comfortable bed. Nice decoration and staff (or the owner) is very kind and helpful.
