When you walk into the impressive lobby, you immediately think that you're going to love this hotel, but be prepared to be disappointed. The rooms are small and the decor is old, with stained carpets and no good views. The bathroom tiling and fixtures are old and patched up, the air con drips on the carpet creating a permanent wet...

This is my fav hotel in Hat Yai. Been here all the time whenever in Hat Yai. Good facilty with great price. Breakfast is excelent with just THB150 per pax for all you can eat in the morning. For night life you dont have to go far as in the building itself there is a night club, 2 bar and...

Great team on the reception desk, all smiles and very helpful. Large room which for the price is great value for money. Efficient service and the only downside which I have written a separate review is the Dynasty restaurant on street level which should be avoided at all costs. The only reason I went there was I had driven half way...

The hotel is quite old and under renovation. I got the old room but everything worked fine. There is a convenience store owned by the hotel right in front of the hotel. I stayed there for 5 nights and there were a lot of weddings and business events going on in the hotel (which filled up the parking lots completely).

A completely run down hotel that should be closed. Might have been nice twenty years ago, as that is when they stopped doing maintenance and let it rot. Front desk was nice, and that's the best I can say about this place. The entire hotel smells like mold, my first room smelled so bad I had to change it, second...

(+) location is easy to find and many parking lots (+) easy to find food. The hotel restaurant also served great food with acceptable price. The bakery/restaurant at the parking lot also serve delicious dishes. The convenient store is right in front of the hotel. the fish noodle place opposite is great too but to me it was just so-so....

Many weddings organized there over the weekend, 4 weddings within 18 hours that I was there for. A very old hotel. Lack of attention to details. My husband and I attended a wedding there, where stains were easy seen on most chair covers. Most corners of stages, storage, tables have cracks. Room is borderline dirty. Say if I drop food...

Arrived tired & hungry for one night stopover. Some distance from downtown Hat yai. Overpriced poor food from room service. But nice comfy bed and an actual bath!!! Rooms are little damp, paint peeling, but ok for quick stopover after making a last minute booking. Pretty shoddy breakfast. Wouldn't stay longer than one night as nicer places for better price...
