This hotel is poorly maintained. The first room that was given to me had an old mattress which is not flat. In the second upgraded room the Bath tub had cracks. Bellboys always hustling for massage services.

This is my favourite hotel to stay whenever I travel to Hatyai. I love it because I have been staying in this hotel for many years and I know most of the front desk staff very well. The hotel is slight too old and the rooms are pretty run down too but it is well compensated by its excellent location...

You can roughly guess how old this hotel is by looking at the room key. I am certain this was a luxury hotel in the past. But age cached up. Location is the most valuable offering of this hotel. Right next to Centera and Lee Garden. CBD of Hatyai.

Th location of the hotel is very strategic, in the middle of the city centre.Once you get off the hotel, there are lots of shopping areas and night market. Staffs are very helpful. However, the shower water pressure is rather low. Bed is comfortable. Request for the block which is closer to the reception. The rooms are newer at this...

Title aside, this hotel is not something I could advice you to stay at. Everyting seams a bit unfinished, the new wing and a room for 2200 bath (2700 bath with extrabed) is not a good deal. When hotel just changes to beds, paint the room, but then put back all the old furniture, lamps, cooler etc, doesent impress me.

Fully satisfied with the service. We came here for academic conference and family vacation at the same time. The staffs are very friendly. There is also Thai cultural dance at night in the Hotel Cafe. The hotel is located at a very strategic area. Across the road is Lee Garden Plaza. It is so easy to get halal food around...

Stayed at the recency hotel in hatyai. The one and only good thing is that it is located in the middle city. Just walk out and there are plenty of night markets, food and local entertainment. The hotel is very old and they the front desk is not very friendly. They are slow and not friendly at all. There is...
