Have stayed at this hotel the previous trip in November 2016. Hotel is abit old and needs renovation and improvement to all their rooms. The one plus is the excellent Location. Right at the Town Centre. All food, souvenirs, clothings, shoes, slippers, toys, you name it, they have it on the streets. 3 shopping complex within 100 meters of each...

I am not sure whether do the management exist in this hotel ever!? Front Office staff the most unfriendliness service industry I ever come across. Upon check in, the reception seems like do not welcome guest to the hotel. No greetings, no smiling & just ignoring us. I came & greet them with smile, gave our booking confirmation. It took sometimes for them to find our booking. Later on they gave our room key to the guy who are sitting at the back looks like...

Stayed here for 2 nights before going to koh lipe the hotel is a dump with bugs everywhere the bed is hard and we had a pool view....what a joke that was. It can't have been used for years as was full of green water slime it was disgusting the hotel also smelt damp throughout

Old hotel with strategic location but the management & staff there got a very bad attitude.The cleanliness of the hotel was very poor.The room that I stay was alot dirty than I expected.Bed sheets got stain,towels full of smoke smell,baby cockroaches everywhere.Inform the staff there but they take ages to change everything.The only thing was the location was right middle...

The room is big but everything is old and the light is too dim ,old hotel and refurbished is needed but the price is cheap and buffet serve is not bad with a lot variety Even the toilet door is broken and unable to close nicely

outdated hotel but clean, friendly staff but wifi internet to slow while inside room. Near town and easy to find muslim foods. A few shopping mall nearby and walking distance to market. Great for money value.

The hotel is situated right smack within the shopping area of Hat Yai. It has a simple decor with rooms elaborately decorated and furnished. Could do with some refurbishments though and also subscribe to a few more English channels on cable TV in the rooms.
