The hotel is located downtown across the street from 2 markets which were very convenient! It has a modern appearance and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Parking was also located nearby. Breakfast was made to order.

Comfortable room but no balcony and window so a bit smelly for sensitivity person. Room a bit old and might need a refurbishment. But the hotel location is really in center and not too far to walk to the market.

The room is ok and reasonable for the price.
But we found a mouse in the room that ran and hidden behind the refrigerator. So the hotel staff had offer us to change the room. However the staff no even checked where is a mouse. It’s seem like they already knew that they had the mouse problem.

I saw this accommodation on the agoda platform, and the photos were really deceptive! I thought it was a happy place to stay with my family, but after checking in, I found that this hotel was in disrepair! This is not the biggest problem! The biggest problem is that the room cleaning here is very bad! I originally wanted to change to another hotel, but my family persuaded me not to waste money and just make do with it and not stay in the room for too long and just come back to sleep! Friends who come to Hat Yai and have a budget must not stay here! The beds provided are uncomfortable! There is only one elevator and you have to wait a long time to go up and down! There are not enough parking spaces provided! The conditions of this accommodation are very poor! I will put it on my personal blacklist!

We checked in for the weekend and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is fresh and modern and we stayed at Grand Room which was real spacious, clean and comfortable. Service was great too and to top it all up, the price is real reasonable too.

The location of the hotel was also great, not to far from city center yet far enough for it to be not too noisy. 7 evelen is just across the hotel and there's a food court nearby too.

I am going with my family members with a total number of 6 persons. This is why I chose 3 persons room and it gave me this deluxe room (one king size bed and one sofa bed and the maximum capacity are 3 adults as you can see from the photo attached). When we check in, the receptionist told us that we have to pay for the extra beds, which cost us another total 800thb. We curious them what the sofa BED for? They replied us 'For sitting'. What?! Moreover, website showed that it is city view, but the rooms we have are facing the backstreet.

During the check out, the hotel claim us that we smoke in the room just because of they smell the smell of smoke in the room. But in fact, we are not smokers! (I am not sure is it we hanging around outside and the peoples smoking around us or its because of we just have bbq buffet from outside so that the smell can't get rid of our clothes.) They insist we smoke in the room and want to fine us 2000thb and deposit RM100. We wanted to contact their management or manager, but the lady not willing to help us to call their manager. In the meanwhile, our pick up van is waiting for us at outside. They are trying to drag our time. The receptionist ask us to call Agoda about this smoking case and the room type case as well. We request to borrow their phone to call, but the lady replied us : 'CALL BY YOURSELF!'. What a 'good hospitality service' provided by THE BED HOTEL Hatyai to foreign tourists!. We even called to tourist police to seek help.
Think twice before you book this hotel! Looking nice at the designs, but worst at the receptionists.

However, thumbs-up for the bellman.

Very disappointed for the hotel services!
My room number is 104 type of GRAND DELUXE ROOM!
So funny is Grand deluxe rooms is no hanger,no dressing table,no window and some more is a Deluxe Room toilet bigger than Grand Deluxe Room!
And make me angry is the hotel charge 2000 bhat for the bed sheet which got abit massage oil stain, because the manager said the Soiled with massage oil bed sheet is can't wash clean...........
And if smoking in the hotel area will be charge 500 bhat!
So don't stay at the hotel,if you all bring not enough of MONEY.

My friends and me were decided for this 3D2N Hatyai Trip one month ago
After gathering information from all the websites including tripadvisor, the bed caught my attention.

At my first glance, it is a very nice hotel with unique design. I have to admit there i love to observe the design of the hotel and judge whether the hotel is good to stay or not.
Although there are some not-so-good comments for the bed, but I insist my first choice.
We made the booking one week before the departure and we were lucky enough to get one grand room (which can occupied by 4 adults, but actually the bed is very large until can fit up to 5 ppl).

We arrived at Hatyai around 9am and the room is not yet ready for check-in. We put all the luggage at reception and went out for our local breakfast. After one day tour, we went back/check in hotel around 9pm something. The receptionist requests for the passports from all the guests (for photocopy purpose), and RM100 as deposit. They prepared some welcome drinks for us upon check in.

Grand room is located at 6th floor, the highest floor of the building. The building is well equipped with high-tech lift and CCTVs at all floors all corners! There is even a security guard on duty at night.

The room is clean and tidy. There are two beds and one bathroom inside the room. There are some small souvenirs prepared by hotel as the welcome gifts. The snacks on the fridge are FOC. They hang their own self-painting portraits (fairy tales) on the wall. I can say that the room is very comfortable to stay.

The receptionist is very friendly and helpful, They are able to provide any information to us and even helped us to book the local tuk-tuk at a cheaper rate. They are well converse in english so we didn't facing any communication problems over there.

There are two 7-11s nearby to the hotel and one night food court just opposite of the hotel. The hotel is near to the famous shopping compleks (10 mins walking distance)

All in all, if you love to try something new and unique, The Bed would be a best choice for you.

I just check in today but I can’t wait to comment this hotel.

1) Not accept credit card as a secure deposit

2) There have a sofa bed in the room which can sleep up to 3 person but if the third person ya adult than hotel insist to charge you extra bed money

3) aircond is leaking even hotel itself knew about it but still let me check in the room. They will come to your room after u found aircond is leaking n tell u not lower than 21 degree..

4) furniture very old, front desk counter staff attitude problem

We've stayed here on two separate occasions, once during a peak period where we had a bigger room at peak season prices and once more during low season a normal room which went at about RM120 if I'm not mistaken.

Room is clean, sheets are spotless, bed is comfy. All my basic requirements are met and at such a decent price there isn't really much to groan about. Also, I love the fact that this hotel doesn't smell unlike so many other hotels here in Hatyai.

Furthermore, I fully back up their policy on no smoking in the rooms.

Not for walking distance. But you may reach Hat Yai Train Station by tuk-tuk.

I would suggest you to use GPS to locate the hotel. For your info, the hotel is not too far from lee gardens but it is kinda difficult to explain the direction as i am not really familiar with the landmarks nearby. Otherwise, drive to Central Shopping Center and Lee Gardens (They are opposite) and hire a tuk tuk to show you the direction. There is one free carpark available just at the small alley next to The Bed.
