Detailed Reviews
It is hard to describe this place - Hat Yai is dirty & noisy
This place is serene & charming & quiet - despite being on a busy street
The decor is sort of like Sante Fe in a rich , beautiful rainforest .
The staff are great - the rooms uniquee & very comfortable. The food & service is very good
Really : there is not a better place to stay in this city

Even thought Weenee Boutique Hotel is located just about 5 minutes drive from downtown Hatyai, it is unlike any town hotel that you find.
The Spanish-inspired three-storey boutique hotel is surrounded by lush greeneries and is hardly visible from the road. When you drive into the property is like driving into a garden mansion. Parking is ample.
Rooms are finished in a terracota-colored wall, and the bed are positioned in an angle unlike any hotel rooms I have come across. My room overlooks the swimming pool. The room comes with a LED TV, full size fridge and a small pantry area. There is also a small work table as well as a vanity in the corner behind the bed. Complimentary WIFI is available throughout the hotel.
The bathroom is also rather unique, it is finished in broken pieces of tiles, however I would like it better if it has a separate shower stall.
Hotel facilities includes a pool (with a built in jacuzzi), a small gym, and a dining area. Service is good at the hotel - hotel staff is courteous and helpful.
Breakfast is ala-carte and you can choose between American or Thai breakfast.
I would say this is a very romantic hotel, cozy and right in town. Location is also good, just about a 2 minutes drive to the BigC and there are food stalls just about a 5 minute walking distance.

This is a really unusual hotel - you really cant see it from the street due to the high garden , and even when you drive in its hard to see.
The hotel is only 3 stories high and has a sort of Spanish /Mexican building. Its very unique & tasteful. The rooms are comfortable & innovative. The garden is intensively planted extending to the building , roof , pool surrounds.
The staff are lovely , the rooms spotless. Wifi is a little slow
Really tranquil near the middle of the city - will stay here again

This boutique resort is almost in the middle of Hat Yai but because of the quiet big street in front and their big tropical jungle garden with parking lot and gates, you have the impression to be in the jungle outside of town.
This place is very moderately priced to Western standards but gives tremendous value for money.
All nice places in the city are walking distance or a short ride away.
The owners are very kind and do their utmost to make your stay pleasant.
They have a nice swimming pool where it is very nice to sit outside and have breakfast or an evening drink.
The whole hotel building is like a tropical open structure that lets the breeze flow hhrough. The place deliberately looks like the jungle took over with plants and trees in all corners and halls, on all floors, planted in water features everywhere. Yet I have not seen a single insect. Probably beceuse of the fish in all the water features.
A must-go-to place when in Hat Yai or Songkhla.
